Good Evening All, My job is officially available as of today. I am starting a PGCE in September so will be leaving. Its a fantastic opportunity for someone to takeover a well cared for network infrastructure at a school with amazing students and a fantastic, supportive SLT. Purchases and projects have been staggered into three and four yearly cycles to make purchases and budgets manageable and there are great opportunities to design and implement new projects. I have adored my 8 years at the school. So much in fact that it convinced me to go into teaching and I think that reflects very positively on the school. details at Vacancies | Stretford Grammar School James

Good Morning All, Working with Visual Studio 2013 Here. I am trying to find a way of changing the Default "Build Output Path" setting for projects (Project--:>Properties-->Compile-->Build Output Path). Note - Would also love to customise the references too (Properties-->References->Add) but this is less of a priority. Hoping to find a config file which I can customise and deploy but cant seem to find the right one. Does anyone have a clue? Any Help Hugely Appreciated, James

is it an AMD/ATI Graphics Card? Sometimes these have an "auto scaling" turned on by default in the ATI Catalyst Control Centre Software!

Good Morning All, I feel like I am banging my head against a wall with this. We use Sharepoint for our school calendar and have done for a long time. However, when we search for events, it will not show any results from 2016. I am unsure if this is by design, can someone else confirm if this works for them? FYI We are running Sharepoint 2010. Thanks, James

Hey CAM, Your post got me thinking. Could I export this report, format the data as a like and reimport back into some nicely named Aspects eg "Maths GCSE Result Grade" etc? is there a process in sims to do this? Forgive my ignorance, James

glad to know i have given something back, since i am stealing everyone elses knowledge!

Thanks again Hschram and CAM, I am getting to grips with this now. My intention is to output a report from sims each year after results day and put the data into the Transition matrices supplied at https://dataeducator.wordpress.com/tools-for-schools/ (which I believe is supplied by someone here - so thank you so much!!). What does everyone else do in this regard? I am outputting a report on year 11 with the following details: Data Fields: Assessment Results - filtered to Aspect Name is "KS2 Average Sub Level" Assesment Results - filtered to Aspect name is one of - Contains "WJEC/GCSE" and "Result Grade" or "OCR" and "Result Grade" or "AQA" and "Result Grade" or "EDEXL/GCSE" and "Result Grade". This does output the data I want but it requires some fiddling afterwards: 1 - some students do not have a KS2 Sub Level apparently - Currently debating with SLT whether to estimate this individually or supply a stock average 2 - It is outputting some Aspects with Cash In Codes which represent individual pieces of qualifications eg English Speaking and Listening module which is odd. Thats my progress so far anyway, what does everyone else do? any tips? Thanks James
