My boss is in meetings all day, last night marks the end of this years school production (so that's 8:00 - 22:00 tue, weds, and thurs), the other technician is off, lotsof things keep breaking and this is the first time I've sat down... I've also just written and re-written an email 6 times before deciding I can't actually write what I'm trying to, so I've given up for now.

sacrej Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 I get in at 8am its pretty much a constant stream of people til 4pm most are printing credit please unban my internet I really need to do my work puh-leaaaaase can you print for me can you copy to network, recover deleted files for me cant logon cartridge please oh and people just looking for a skive...haha there's only 2 of us...gets pretty mad!

sacrej Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 about 800 students and around about 100 members of staff using laptops plus all the various admin machines aaaaaaand, we manage a local primary school. there was 4 of us but they hacked away at our department a bit making one redundant and then the other (my line manager) has been off for nearly a year, so we pretty much run the show now. we get paid in cake and biscuits...
