AlistairB1983 Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Would that I could. Not booked time off work for a computer game since the original Space Marine was released back in 2011! Sadly parental responsibilities (both financial and time-wise) means I doubt I'll even get a chance to play this one, nevermind taking a day off for it!
ITGuyNW Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Nah. There will be plenty of time when they release it on PS6, PS7, PS7 lite, Xbox cloud space station exclusive edition, Switch 3, Casio watches, Casio watches complete edition, PS4. It'll be 2045 before they release another proper edition. 1
3s-gtech Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I barely scratched GTA V due to time constraints - completed the story and did a bit more, but always felt there was more fun to be had. Now I'm in a position where I don't own any platform it'll be released on and don't have the time to play it. Shame, as I've played the majority of them since the first one.

LeMarchand Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Not me, because: Don't own anything it is likely to be available for Have very limited gaming time 365 day contract so it would have to be something way more special than a game being released to expend the good will on Too tight to pay launch price for games Never felt the desire to play a GTA game
jthompson Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I've not been following the development of this at all, but I'm assuming that the game will feature a Cybertruck take-off where you can engage a self-driving mode in order to drive into the nearest tree/lamp post/person and/or burst into flames? I enjoyed GTA 5, back when I had lots of spare time (i.e. no SO, children). Not sure I coud ever summon the energy to take on a AAA every again. They seem so.... demanding.
machy Posted March 20 Posted March 20 The other question is how many kids are going to skive a day off to play it. i plan just to play over the weekend 1

Good times 😆 1 1
jthompson Posted March 20 Posted March 20 There aren't many things more frustrating than being ready to play a game that you've just bought, but being forced to wait nonetheless. I remember when I first bought my Xbox 360 I'd also ordered Forza 4 and an extra controller with it. The game and the extra controller arrived a few days before the console... I must have cut a sad figure holding that controller in one hand and the game in the other. Sad. 1
