Classroom.Cloud - pcs losing connection/long sleep time

We have recently started to use it here and have found the opposite, its normally showing who's logged in before they get to the desktop. Do you have all the firewall rules added? I Have found there documentation really good, but really hard to find https://kb.netsupportsoftware.com/knowledge-base/what-are-the-fqdns-for-classroom-clouds-servers/ Also were you assigned a customer success person? i'v not had to contact normal support yet but the success people have been quick enough to respond -
Still battling with this sound issue Iiyama have been able to replicate the issue there end, and our suppliers have been able to replicate a similar issue with Smart & I3 Boards. So at this point i want to know if its a widespread unnoticed issue or we are just super unlucky Is anyone with an Iiyama Series 12 B4 or later, or any other model IWB installed since July last year able to test? 1) Make sure no sound is playing on the computer and your audio device is set to play through the IWB 2) Open some sort of audio/video where it will be obvious if sound isn't playing when it should. (Tom Scott videos are good for this when he talks to the camera) 3) Play the video, Does the sound start immediately? 4) If no and it takes 2-5 Seconds, whooo you have the issue. If yes, Pause the video, wait 30 seconds and play again 5) If sounds starts straight away, pause and then turn on something like "bass boost" in the sound settings of the IBW and then try steps 3&4 again

Been thinking about doing a Scuba try dive / Open Water Course (i know someone who's soon to be an instructor as he has made it sound really good). Whilst doing some research it made me think of asking if there was anyone here who does it And was looking for thoughts / experiences

I remember having some windows 10 devices on 32GB, aswell as having to do a custom image to strip stuff out, we had to reimage them every year to keep them updated. Can you stick whatever the current stripped version is on them?

Based on our current progress, our engineering team are hoping to be able to release a fix this afternoon. We recognise this means the system will be affected for a significant duration of the school day and we are deeply sorry for that. **We want to assure you that the cause has been fully identified and our team is fully focused on restoring service as quickly as possible. ** In the meantime, the Teacher App can be used to record registration where this is feasible for your school. We will notify you as soon as we have a confirmed deployment window and again once service has been fully restored. We are very sorry for the continued disruption.

Weird one. Do you think this would work to stick a light extension lead (10m reel) to the back of an IWB? or is this more "fill" than "stick"

Default Location is where the device should live when its NOT checked out, great for something like a laptop where it lives in a trolley but staff might borrow it over a weekend. This is also where the location will be set to by default when checked back in & where i would put a fixed desktop. The API reference says "The id that corresponds to the location where the asset is usually located when not checked out" the "Location" is where the device is now, or otherwise the "checked out" location its designed more for multi site companies, IE You have a HQ and the Steve at a remote office has been given a laptop, so you check it out to Steve and it sets the location to Steves office
