Does anyone know of any WEEE recycling companies that will supply a small skip or container for a short period, allowing me to fill it up before they pick it up again later on?

Preferably free but I'm aware it could cost, in which case anything free or cheap.

I'd normally do a Van pickup but a lot of our broken/EOL kit is spread out across the site and as we don't have a central place to put it, it'd take a while to gather it all up before getting it picked up and I'd like to be able to shove it in a skip/container at my leisure.

Just a follow up to this - in order to make the trip worth their while, they don't just want to leave us with bins but want to make a pickup there and then before they'll leave us with bins, which defeats the original reason for getting the bins in the first place!

I've had a few issues with them.. a few reschedules, the bin they delivered had a massive split at the bottom so couldn't be used properly, then they thought they were picking stuff up when they were just dropping off and now just had another reschedule.

Bit of a shame really considering..

Fedup of trying with enviro always an excuse come pickup day. Use local companies now so much better

Think its got something to do with how far away you are from them, as they always have a full van the time they get to us even though we booked in having multiple cages so they never end up taking anything.

Yeah enviro's service is slipping a bit - Always used to be straight forward to have them come the following week, now it's always at least a month away. Not helpful when I have two full bins ready to go & need to fill up others.

I'm sorry to hear people are having issues with them. They've always been great for us (apart from replying to a request to reset my password).

We had a collection last week that I'd arranged a fortnight earlier. The guy left a larger bin than usual so he could fit an old Risograph along with our bin.

Location may be a factor. While Liverpool's not the easiest place to get to from Doncaster, I don't suppose it's too far. It may also be that they're taking on too many new customers, overstretching processing capacity.

tech-recycle.com have been good for us with their WEEElieBin :D , used to use PRM Green but they got bought out by another company and seemed a longer wait for collection and sometimes being full at the end of their round so leaving stuff
