Is there a supermarket nearby XD easier to get it there then to bring it on a train.

If you are coming in on the A338 you pass a Nisa

If you are coming in on the A36 from Southampton you pass Tesco and Lidl

If you are coming in on the A36 from Wilton you pass a Co-Op

If you are coming in on the A30 you pass an Aldi

If you are coming in by train you walk past a large Tesco Express

If you are coming in on the A354 you need to wind your watch forward 20 years after passing the Tesco in Shaftesbury...

We have a lot of supermarkets, coffee shops and charity shops here :)

Worst car park - ever.....

It's to stop outsiders from coming in and using our shop! It's a local shop, for local people. There's nothing for you there!

the promised threat of 40 foot killer zombie ants has thus far failed to materialise
So where is everyone? OK, I don't go to Salisbury often, but I thought that it was very quiet on Saturday. Wondering if anyone big was playing football, but is was someone like Letsoto playing Bolivia.

It really is that quiet I’m afraid, I know several local shop owners and they are all struggling. The council are running free car parks and free park and ride but it’s looking increasingly like the locals are shopping out of town and all that’s in town are the coach loads of tourists going from the cathedral to Stonehenge. TBH though, it was starting to be like that before the radioactive Russians

When my friends and I have a picnic, we always bring something for ourselves, and something to share with everyone else.

It might be easier if @AJWhite1970 provides the basics such as bread, spread, salad, and crisps etc and we all contribute, moneywise :)

Yup, that's fine with me, saves those of you coming from afar weighed down by French sticks and party dips on the train

Sure @witch will help me put a list together if we see each other between now and then :)

Don't forget the mint, cucumber, orange and strawberries for the Pimms and that the cucumber sandwiches should have the crusts removed. ;)

Cucumber sandwiches should have the cucumber removed too, in my opinion!

Hi [Headtecher's/Line Manager's name]

I've been selected to attend a free, peer-led CPD event in [location], on [date].

The agenda looks pretty packed but some of the areas of expertise that I'll be able to tap into are quite pertinent to some of our plans over the next [3 months / 6 months / 12 months / 3 years] and will help to ensure we keep a focus on the benefits tech can bring to education, whilst also keeping a track on risks. We may even have the opportunity to chat with NHS staff who had to deal with the recent ransomeware issue.

So far, there are delegates with expertise in [get a rough idea of the skills of those going but make it relevant to your school's needs].

The event itself is free [so we only need to cover travel to / and I will cover the travel costs to] [location].
