I have a feeling it might be Microsoft's fault. Had a call 2 days ago with a user missing her one drive (She actually meant Excel). when i finally got round to looking at the issue this morning it was all working fine.

Looking at the status on Office 365 Admin, they're still working on this. Apparently their fix wasn't rolling out properly across the broken servers due to a "configuration issue" that they say is now fixed. My apps launcher is now showing all of the applications again, but I doubt it's fixed for everyone yet.

We started with this yesterday for random users, still experiencing it today :( I emailed all staff to let them know about the portal.office.com link but this is just a pain in the butt!!

I'm a tad concerned that Microsoft now suggest this is fixed, when clearly they have no blinking clue - we have multiple users still affected and somewhat peeved by the issue. An interim measure has been to direct users to the Sync Client, however this is by far from ideal.

I'm getting the impression it's a bigger b*lls up than they realise.

I've just had a notification from O365 that they are looking into a recurrence of this issue.

They say we're affected but I'm not seeing an issue and no-one has reported it to me as a problem.

Several staff here are missing the SharePoint and OneDrive tiles. Is there an official Office 365 I can see so that I can show the teachers that this is something beyond my control?

It would normally tell you the status of services in the admin panel but I can't even login to that at the moment.

Our services aren't available right now

We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.

Go into the admin portal > service health > exchange online > advisories > EX95245 - App launcher issue

We had to log a case over the weekend, the problem is also affecting access to our business tenant... O365 was frankly shocking - clueless and not even what I would consider first line support. Edited by Mr_Jiminy

I logged onto my user tonight and we've still got the issue of only getting the two or three icons. I don't think anybody else in school or our 2 primaries using Office365 has mentioned it or i've seen nothing logged onto our helpdesk anyway.

Anyone still having any issues with this? I've had no one here report it, but I never had any idea of how widespread it was anyway, given the apparent randomness of who it affected. Its difficult to know if some users still have the issue.

I was notified that it had been fixed and my own 365 dashboard appears to full featured again.
