Good morning, We use ConnectionType=TRUSTEDAUTO within our connect.ini which works fine however whenever I try to login to SIMS on the server directly using my usual domain login credentials which works with ConnectionType=TRUSTEDAUTO it doesn't appear to work anymore. If I 'Shift+Right Click' > 'run as a different user' then type my domain credentials in the windows popup box it works fine. Anyone got any ideas as to why it won't work when double clicking the pulsar.exe and enter my domain credentials?... I assume I need to remove the domain link within SIMS and add a password directly to the account. The reason for asking is that we need several users to be able to login to multiple SIMS servers and ideally they'd still be able to use ConnectionType=TRUSTEDAUTO. Thanks Ben

Good morning, I'm having an issue trying to disable the "Use Auto-Complete" feature in Outlook (File > Options > Mail > Under Send). Trying to set via REGEDIT\GPO using the various suggestions from the following websites doesn't appear to work for our version of Outlook. Also tried the following from here and attached an image showing what the Trusted Profile looks like: 1) Open Server.app 2) Go to Server > Certificates and using the Secure Services using: dropdown, select Custom... 3) Set the Open Directory service to use "None" as the certificate and click OK 4) Go to Advanced > Open Directory 5) Turn off Open Directory (wait for it to shut down) 6) Turn Open Directory back on 7) Go to Logs and check the Open Directory Configuration log to make sure there were no errors on startup 8) Go back to Server > Certificates and using the Secure Services using: dropdown, select Custom... 9) Set the Open Directory service to use your new SSL certificate - in this case, it's my GoDaddy certificate and click OKAfter doing this and waiting a few moments... 10) Go to Server > Certificates and using the Secure Services using: dropdown, select Custom......and if successful you will see your new certificate selected.

Profile Manager Trust Profile Certificate… - Apple Community that's the exact issue we have but no solution

Hello, Our Trust Profile for Apple Configurator 2 expires at the end of the month but I'm unsure how to update it? It's the Trust_Profile_for_School_Name_Trust.mobileconfig which can be obtained via the Configurator URL > Administrator Button Top Right of Page > Download Trust Profile. I've seen various threads like this but we don't appear to have those to be able to delete them and I tried this but that didn't work. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks Ben

Good Morning, We have several teachers that have created Class Notebooks in Teams and distributed it to students for working from home and homework. We use Locker Connect to create our Teams which at the end of the school year will be recreated with the previous years Teams being archived. Does anyone know what will happen to the Class Notebooks and it's content especially where the students have completed work? Is there a way of transferring all the content to a new Team? This is our first year using Locker Connect and Class Notebooks. Thanks Ben

Good Afternoon, We've been migrating our primary schools email accounts from one tenant to another and these have new domain names (old_domain_name.com to new_domain_name.com)... we've been using the bog standard .csv file (migration batch file) method which uses account names and passwords. Next on our list is high schools and we're not too keen on doing this due to the amount of users... we've looked at Key Vault but can't work out the pricing. Does anyone know of another method to migrate a users mailbox from one tenant to another (new tenant uses a new domain name)?... preferably free. Thanks Ben
