Best Alternative to TeamViewer?

I have been using TeamViewer for years at home and despite always ensuring I have selected for personal use, it has told me it has detected commercial use! (Even though it's my personal PC at home!)

 

I've tried loads of things suggested on several websites, registry cleaning, changing MAC address, nothing works. Looks like I'm gonna have to look elsewhere! Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives that will allow me to remote access a Windows PC and MacBook Pro from both Windows 10 and macOS and also from an iOS device.

I use TeamViewer too but I haven't envountered the message you describe. If I were looking for an alternative I might use this as a starting point:

If you are using it for servers have a look at centrastage

You can also look into google's Chrome remote desktop

You can also remote from your android device ( Not tried with iOS yet ) and works really well...

If your starting to look at things like Centrastage this is worth a look at. They are egar to get a sale and even looked me up on LinkedIn and found out where I worked and rang me there even though I put no mention of my company on the sign up I kindly told them to do one but as a product its really good.

If you contact TV they'll remove the warning for you as long as they're happy you're only doing personal stuff. Had it before for a few users and we got them all removed.

It's not the cheapest but, to my considerable surprise, Parallels Access is incredibly cool. Especially if you're accessing your computer from an iOS device. Works for both Windows and MacOS.

 

I'd also like to add that no, despite my history of singing Parallel's praises wherever possible, I am not a paid up shill of theirs. I've even paid for Parallels Desktop Pro out of my own money. It was that which included the Parallels Access subscription. I thought it would be yet another pointless remote access service but I was mistaken

Thanks for the suggestions. Chrome Remote Desktop probably does the best job for me and works great from an iOS device too! The paid options may be good, but as it's just for remote access to my own PC, it's not something that I can justify an expense for.

I have just been doing the same research and decided to go with pulseway - its not free but can email you when a computer gets turned of or if the print spooler stops, plus a bucket load of other stuff.
