My stick upsets sophos because of some of the applications on it :p

That's not saying much, I just installed Sophos on a laptop running Vista and when I tried to run Windows Update Sophos moved msiexec to Quarantine!

Then is moved something of Dell's.

Turned off the feature, all I want is antivirus lol.

Yes some of the stuff i have upsets sophos. It's beginging to overtake norton as the most annoying anti virus.

I did have portable apps on it but never really used it. Now i just have LSPfix tool on it as loading Adobe through ranger knocks the network adapter out.

never knew you could get sophos as a portable app but i think they do have clamwin as a portable app.

Not really had the need for portable apps , easily enough to make one before I go to help a friend so I have a memory stick that I can slap it on and I just take the default and make sure it has clamwin and some antispyware and firefox along with some other utils to reset the tcp ip stack n such like.

Loads of portable apps, few random bits of multimedia stuff, application setups, symantec antivirus corp 10, random downloads of web things; and a separate one with bootable Knoppix :)

Puppy Linux comes with a usb installer that's pretty nifty - you can customize grub to boot to other things too - also works well on usb hard drives - useful for ghost images ;)

Portable Apps menu with not much original stuff - all sysinternals tools plus anything biggish that's quicker to have on me that d/l across the n/w.
