  14. I do think a Windows Tablet might be the option - currently trialing a Surface 3 Pro. The teaching body are keen on iPads for their Apps, but wonder if there are other problems surrounding pushing everyone to the same device when we're geared up for BYOD.
  15. Hi All, I work for an independent school and we have a large BOYD network with AC Wireless. There have been some discussions around the introduction of sets of iPads or similar devices to introduce a standard teaching device. There has also been talk of one iPad per pupil, have any of you done similar with positive/negative effects? Is the iPad the best tool or should it be something different, or should we continue with the array of devices currently used via BOYD? Apps wise we have a survey going on at the moment to determine what possible uses we need to cater for, and of course this will determine the device(s). Just your experiences will give me an opportunity to inform the management team of some good/bad examples. Thanks for your time. Paul
  16. Perhaps setup a new Virtual Switch with one physical connection and apply that Virtual Network Card to the new Virtual Switch... I had a similar problem which caused exactly the same thing, not with Corero specifically though. It was Broadcom adapters with teaming enabled (using Broadcom teaming software). Came down to the team needing re-creating in their software.
  17. Corero is a finance package similar to FMS or Sage but far less complicated. Have you got NIC Teaming enabled and do you have multiple network connections plugged into the Host?
  18. Are there any point and print restrictions in place on the network?
  19. Does the Corero VM use the same Virtual Network Card as the other VMs hosted on the Hyper-V Host?
  20. That's the one...

  22. Thanks for the post SYNACK. I have read those articles previously - and I will again. It's annoying that I can't get it to complete it normally though. Must be something not quite right with AD I assume. I think you're probably right though - doing it manually is probably the answer. I also found this guide which appears a little easier to follow by amending it for this particular software... 23. The software doesn't actually allow you to run the installer without being logged in as a Domain Administrator. Kind Regards, Paul
