We currently charge like this but are looking to move away from it as the teachers don't care to much how much they waste.

We use synetrix here, there ok if you don't use there proxy server.

A couple of my favs are "the whiteboards not working" which usually means the projector is not switched on or is on the wrong channel. Or "the sound is not working" Which is usually the phono cable is plugged into the microphone socket.

Yes some of the stuff i have upsets sophos. It's beginging to overtake norton as the most annoying anti virus. I did have portable apps on it but never really used it. Now i just have LSPfix tool on it as loading Adobe through ranger knocks the network adapter out.
