  1. Can confirm this is the case, all office apps now use Office16 as a baseline. Privacy is a good one to keep for those applications that use external devices (looking at you MS Teams), Windows Updates if you don't operate a WSUS or scripted / policy-based updates, Network and Internet can also be useful if you operate proxy servers / multiple VLANs without much risk. If I recall correctly though, anything that is hidden with this policy can still be accessed via its Control Panel Link, i.e. installed apps can be accessed via appwiz.cpl
  2. I recall something similar happening in one of our schools a couple of years ago, turned out to be a print driver incompatibility. We had to revert those machines from using a more modern V4 driver to a V3 PostScript driver before they would print without crashing again. Initially, given that you've already done everything to repair Outlook minus a full clean reinstall, I'd recommend: - Stop the Spooler service, clear the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS folder, restart the service, test - Reinstall the current printer driver cleanly, test - Revert to a V3 PS driver, test - Full clean reinstall of Office - Reimage machine
