Lapsafe everytime. With iPads I would not go for anything else apart from sync and charge with Mac. Try updating 30 iPads to ios... over wifi. firstly it will take forever, also most proxies throw a wobbly. Configurator, Mac, sync and charge trolley is the dream ticket for iPad management.

We use these Loxit Lapbank iPad Charge Trolley 32 | iPad Trolley | iPad Cart | Loxit

Awesome build quality, the non-sync models are much cheaper but they're still a significant cost.

We love the Loxits, they're incredibly well built! Pricey, but worth it IMO.

We've got one of these and does the job nicely.

Cheaper than most of it's competitors.

The Tabcabby is a great budget solution, Not as secure as it's competitors, but it makes up for it by being nice and cheap! :)

We use the logotrons which either come as charging only or sync & charge. Decent build quality except for the kettle lead which will pop out very easily if pulled. Putting it back in isn't as easy as it's sits behind a panel that you have to open with a hex key.

Overall, they're ok. I wouldn't buy another.

We prefer the PCLocs iPad Sync and Charge units - iPad Sync & Charge Archives | PC LocsPC Locs

We have also have a Griffin multi-dock and that works fairly well, although it can't sync AND charge at the same time. It can sync OR charge, but not simultaneously.

Also, we have one Gilkon sync and charge trolley, but these aren't nearly as well designed or built as the PCLocs units and I wouldn't buy another one.

Cool stuff @seawolf! Are they available in the UK?

Can't believe the Aussies have kept these a secret for so long!! We have stairs everywhere so the basket concept is perfect for us! Otherwise any toploading case that has USB ports rather than 230v power strips inside (urgh)
