speckytecky Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Strange one this. Doesn't sound like HP as I'm pretty sure they use UPS who pitch up to collect with their own packaging that sort of seals the kit on a board which is then neatly and safely placed in an outer container. Most impressed I was when I had to send one of the not very impressive HP notebooks back. 1
twin--turbo Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 As for the OP's Support company, I think given that they have never posted again we can safely assume it was a Troll. Rob 1
InspireICT Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 As for the OP's Support company, I think given that they have never posted again we can safely assume it was a Troll. Rob Either that or they came to an amicable agreement but probably a troll.
gshaw Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 As for the OP's Support company, I think given that they have never posted again we can safely assume it was a Troll. Rob As trolls go it was a pretty good one, some thought gone into those examples
synaesthesia Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 It sounds very much like the actions (sorry, referring to Very's post) of the company Spuffmonkey mentioned They're dreadful!
VeryPC_Colin_M Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 I can't believe no ones mentioned them yet. Either their hardware failure rates are crazy low or no ones buys their wares. Still wanna know who this IT provider is...
