Alex Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 arrrgh the BoB forum whorage ftw, j/k It kind of saddened me all the BoB v PA thing, i respected quite a few corps involved, i joined blades pre Great Northern War so that i could hang with the corps i wanted to be with, then they all fell out and i ended up fighting against half of them. I tried to join the edugeek channel last night but it is passworded, could someone either let me know the password or invite me to the channel ingame. Ingame name = Dave Toz or Quenthos Darksin heh, I dont work in Education & haven't *really* for a couple of years (even back then I worked for for a FM co.) yet here I am whorum foring :-P
DaveT Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 heheh Missions kinda suck compared to the rest of eve but atm they suite me best as i have little and iregular time to play. If i get involved with alliances or even corps, i start to get dragged in, all of a sudden im coming home from work straight onto eve and crawling to bed in the early hours of the morning, kinda bad when i have a wife and 2 kids  I guess Eve is just a little too good Dave

Geoff Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I'm playing WoW again. My bladefist characters have moved to the new server Outland so all the lag has gone (and hence my reason for not playing). I'm also playing Silent Hunter III and Heros of Might and Magic V. Also a little Oblivion, although not as much as when it came out.
HodgeHi Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 Does anyone who runs an xbox play online using x-link kai?

Jake Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Ahh the fantastic Ultima Online..I played that game during its golden years, (1997-2001), was a truly groundbreaking game back then, the game then is one that I would rate as easily the best mmorpg I have ever played, the sheer level of freedom was phenomenal. Sadly they eventually introduced Trammel, and then later altered the game so much that it is a mere fading shadow of its once former greatness.
PaulBM Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 I used to play Everquest, but nowadays it's WoWarcraft for me. EU Terenas Torhak & Toring, Self Preservation Society.
pete Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Currently addicted to Eve-Online: flying a railox and exploding gankbears in the third (?) wardec someone was daft enough to declare on us. This weekend we took out an Eos loaded with T2 kit and a T2 fitted Domi for the loss of a couple of frigates, a ferox and a bent caracal. Of course, if you've never played Eve, the above will make no sense.
GrumbleDook Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 I used to play Everquest, but nowadays it's WoWarcraft for me. EU Terenas Torhak & Toring, Self Preservation Society. Just spotted this .... EU Teranas for me too ... Grumbledook from GetGaming

derer1 Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Ahh the fantastic Ultima Online..I played that game during its golden years, (1997-2001), was a truly groundbreaking game back then, the game then is one that I would rate as easily the best mmorpg I have ever played, the sheer level of freedom was phenomenal. Sadly they eventually introduced Trammel, and then later altered the game so much that it is a mere fading shadow of its once former greatness. Oh wow, flashbacks. Once upon a time I was a Councellor on the Drachenfels server for UO - good times. These days it's mainly Eve - an addiciton I've come back to after a year-long sojurn into WoW. I *really* wish I'd kept my skill training going in that year! (Flying for Core Alliance, up in D2 space for you other eve-ers
techyphil Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Used to play Quake II 24/7 as a student from the age of about 12 till I turned 19. Got this IT techy job and lost interest with no time to play. Jake Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Considering cancelling my WoW account now, Bethany had chickenpox for 10 days during which I didnt get a chance to play. Upon her recovery I found that I really hadnt missed WoW and didnt have the urge to log in. Never a good sign.. Got my eyes in the long run on Warhammer Online, but have also been reading about Pirates of the Burning Sea which is released in June and is essentially an MMO version of a cross between Sid Meiers Pirates and Elite, looks very promising
