  9. First look at what network works around your area and the schools, most networks have parental controls but if you are worried about it get a non data contract & tell her if she is good you will add data at a later date. Always good to have a bit of leverage over the kids. I have 3 phones on Vodafone all calls & text + 500GB data £13 a month which I think is pretty good..
  10. Give these guys a call fitted my panels and very approachable hopefully they will come your way. Solar Panels Installer, Battery Storage: Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London (tlgec.co.uk)
  11. Had this at a school a couple of years ago, we ended up setting up a old PC with Google cloud print gave it a pin number and printed via that it was a bit random and did not always print. Good Luck
  12. I have worked in primary schools for a number of years and any teaching staff have always had a laptop supplied, I tend to use Dell with a three year pro support (next day fix), they do a good Latitude educational range newer models tend to have very few USB ports now but a 4 port adaptor can be picked up very cheap these days.
  13. Give Paxton a call I have found them very helpful in the past if there is a way to sort this they will help.
  14. Had exactly the same a couple of weeks ago only takes half an hour to replace, the fun I had was the teachers blaming each other as one had lent it to another...

  17. Then just need Remote APPs link setup then using KLZ credential to the schools server once there use SIMS credentials to log in, depending on the teachers home internet speed this shouldn't be a problem I have it working in some of my schools for SIMS & FMS.
  18. Hi this would depend on if your host server is cloud based or do you have a SIMS server at the school? do you use EIS for Admin support if so they should be able to help you

  24. Had this problem for a while now, sorted it by downloading to desktop then Open folder and pull out Data Config & setup so they sit on the Desktop. Open CMD as administrator, RClick on setup get properties and copy location then paste after System32>cd hit enter, command line should now say c:\Users\whoever.Desktop-"NAME|Desktop>/download Now type setup /Config.xml & Hit Enter & wait (this will take a while). when this is done type setup /configure config.xml you should get the Office 2019 splash screen come up once installed go to accounts and enter you MAK and activate.
