That was one of the suggestions too, but I created a couple of brand new enterprise ids for some test users which I know have never had an Adobe ID but same issue appeared. We have only managed to get one user up and running so far that displays all the apps and that was by luck.

Good afternoon all, Are there any LGfL schools here that have signed up for the free Adobe licences? We have enrolled on the program and have assigned users on it, however find that it is a little inconsistent. Some users are able to view the entire library of apps and download and use them, whereas other only see a very limited number of apps. All users are assigned the enterprise user account. I can't quite manage to figure this out and both LGfL and Adobe themselves can't find a solution. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

I would be using VMWare. I was basing the required licenses by physical cores, and as each server has 24 cores I would need 36 licenses in total (each server licence covers 2 cores)? Unless I have this mistaken. Even more so as johnlevis has mentioned I would require more.

Or perhaps even cheaper, I can get 36 x WinSvrSTDCore ALNG LicSAPk OLV 2Lic? That will cover both the number of cores and VMs...

Here is my proposed new hardware kit for upgrade. 3 hosts Each host will have 2 Intel Xeon 5118 CPUs in them. Total VMs I am looking to have between the 3 new hosts is 10. Does this mean I would need 6 x Microsoft WinSvrDCCore ALNG LicSAPk OLV 16Lic? Which might be overkill. Can I instead get 10 x WinSvrSTDCore ALNG LicSAPk OLV 16Lic? As that will also cover 10 VMs?

Thanks for all your replies. I don't think we will be going down the Office 365 route as we're invested in Google for Education already so would prefer this path. Unless I am mistaken and can get licenses more cheaply? Our needs are fairly basic I think. FTE count of around 160 Require: Windows 10 Professional, Office 2019, Server 2019 and SCCM. I've been told our SIMS server can remain as is and is running on Microsoft SQL Server 2014, so no additional licensing upgrade required.

Good point about the SQL licensing, as we have a locally hosted SIMS. Not sure if that is a full blown version of SQL or the express version though so will need to check that out.

Hello all, I am trying to purchase a new OVS-ES agreement, so that we can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro on our workstations and Server 2019 for our VMs. I have got some quotes back, and most seem similar in pricing. However one supplier has only quoted for the following item (2UJ-00011) MICROSOFT DSKTPEDU ALNG LICSAPK OLV E, whereas the others have the another item on the quote along the lines of Microsoft WinSvrDCCore ALNG LicSAPk OLV 16Lic. The supplier who quoted the single item MICROSOFT DSKTPEDU ALNG LICSAPK OLV , has said (on email) we would be fully licensed to use Server 2019 but I am not confident they have this right. Anyone have any input in this? Thanks
