    I Use BCX Network Management tools combined with Impero, they do most of that list above

    I've installed a few Vm's of 2019 seems to run well, although i am only using them to run a backup server and my helpdesk, haven't tested AD or anything like that but i am guessing it will be fine

    Hyper v isn't much hassle at all its nice and simple, id recommend installing it as a role on Windows Server rather than using Hyper v server its a lot easier to manage that way in my opinion,
