  1. 2 dhcp vms per domain, i try not to run them on a dc where possible
  2. Mac OS for personal use ( due to Logic Pro).I use a Windows Server 2025 vm for work allows me to test it as well
  3. Whatever the cluster decides to run on there
  4. Have a physical one in each datacentre, then a couple virtual ones. Non edu, 60ish vm hosts
  5. Surprised to see CC5! Thought they gave it the axe after CC4
  6. Seems to have been some sort of peering issue from what I’ve seen
  7. Dc imo should only be a DC install on a separate box if you have the resources
  8. Ivanti epm
  9. Jeez, usual MSP behaviour, why just why would you use a shared AD forest across multiple customers….
  10. Upgraded my ‘Tools VM’ to it. Great so far
  11. Majority of our servers are esx hosts (150+) so they just have a raid one + SAN Any remaining physicals have a raid 1 for OS and raid 6 for storage if needed.
  12. Where would collection be from? Thanks
  13. I would go with a [emoji639] or [emoji640] node s[emoji638]d cluster.
  14. At my last edu post I used wpkg, not sure if it’s in active development anymore tho! Currently use SCCM/MDT to install software and I target it via wmi queries in the task sequence
  15. The Windows one is easy to setup if you have access to a windows server machine
  16. I reckon you could get away with doing the SCCM upgrade yourself , just take a snapshot / backup of the server before doing the update and make sure all the prerequisites are good.
  17. Something like Ivanti EPM
  18. Separate isolated vlan , veeam servers on own domain
  19. Take a snapshot before you start
  20. Any reason for physical? I’m running a 30k+ site virtually and the performance is second to none
  21. Use them with my z book and elite book great across both
  22. You can do this with task scheduler in group policy also. Also from the top of my head you can schedule package deployments in mecm so create a bat file to power down a wrap it in a package and deploy to desired device collection
  23. How’s the Unifi Controller these days? Haven’t used it in a few years
  24. N-able N-Central is good
  25. Co management with mecm is the way I like to go
