I though you could set up a connector with your current exchange and Office 365 and it will just do it in the background.

In theory any reader will work but £150 doesn't sound unreasonable. I used RDIdeas RDR80581 which is a mutlipurpose reader and has various profiles which can be set. These are by far the best readers I have found out there.

No worries just didn't want time spent to overlook this and then cause an issue at last minute. Local college type place would be a good call I'd say. -
Papercut - Colour Detection Issues - I'm going mad
MatthewL replied to Steve21's topic in Educational Software
If when creating both Excel and Publisher documents if the document is printed before it is actually saved it retains the printer settings from that computer it was saved on. Biggest issue I see is Excel if some have hold print setup via the drivers and others don't but the black and white thing is another one. It's common across various print drivers. -

Presuming all kids can be filmed/photographed? If not surely this puts a stop to it. Might be worth checking the status of all kids first. -

Have you got your printers set to page level detection or standard level detection? -

I'm after a new laptop bag/general bag for work. I'm after something like this, but hard wearing and 2 sections in the laptop bit, one for laptop and other for papers. I'm after a pilot case style but shoulder ideally, don't really carry many tools, more paper work relating to the job but don't want anything on wheels, too heavy/bulky. I'm a bit of a loss at the moment if anyone can help. Thanks.

I'd stick with the Avaya, it can support all forms so you can do it bit by bit, keep what you have and setup but get the VoIP module and roll out handsets from there just don't replace the analogue cards or what ever they are called in it.

From what I have seen the Unifi router's don't look much yet, I might be wrong but I'd stick with pfSense.

Simplest answer, do they need Outlook, can they not just OWA? I know office staff may need fat client but other staff maybe not?

Thanks for that, forgot about ScanPST, years since I've had to use it!

Does anyone have a PST repair tool? I have run Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST and it can see the day but I need a fully licensed version to effect repair. I have a hard drive that appears to be failing and corrupting data when its opening/closing. I have also got an Excel sheet too that I could do with recovering but maybe lost. I do have a backup but its only a mirror that's on my drive

I have a box of hard drives here at home that are old but do work, I want to shred them and see the results. Any recommendations?

MatthewL replied to FN-GM's topic in General Chat
I've had HTC Desire HD, Samsung S4 and S6 due a new phone but the feel of the new Samsung has put me off, instead I'm off Huwawi P10 thing, that seems to be as close to plan Android as you can get I am told. -

I haven't worked in IT that long compared to some but I have come across and worked with many that have just fallen lucky and they haven't got a clue what they are doing. We've taken people off the street and given them a job and they are still there earning more money that I do because they are yes people. Sorry but not surprised, I've seen it all and many other things over the last few years.

Remember you may need to configure you firewall to allow said server to communicate out to the NTP source for it to work.

Double Glazing Is Killing The Ice Cream Van As No-one Can Hear The Jingles
MatthewL replied to 6Foot2's topic in General Chat
I've heard it all now!! Hear them very well here when the two both come down the street competing with each other. I can hear the fire engines leave the station 1 mile away so I think I can hear an ice cream van on my street. -
I have been watching his channel but wanted to check I hadn't missed something as I have a habit of watching them at night!
