There the old fashioned ones that uses serial ports currently using usb to serial converter the converter is installed fine its just the board is not detected

Hi All recently i have updated computers from windows 7 to 8.1 since then the promethian interactive boards have stopped being interactive the computer does not detect them at all on windows 8.1 anyone else had this issue? Thanks
