    TV Advice

Having played Playstation and watched 3D films on a TV with active shutter glasses, all i can say is WOW. Yes they weigh and cost a little more than the passive glasses, but with the sharpness and vibrancy of colours is definately worth it. So much better than the cinema using passive glasses. I always buy my TVs from Richer Sounds with their 5 year guarantee.

Soldering iron, hot air station , IR rework station. Multimeter, and other various meters for electronics diagnosis and repair. Various magnifiers and loupes. 19. My home office/workshop one was bought by the government when i was self-employed. It is sometimes too comfy as i have fallen asleep in it a few times. I've also fallen off the back once, ok maybe twice before i had it set correctly.
  20. About £800 each i think but occupational health paid for them.
  21. I've suffered with back ache for over 20 years, it comes and goes and i have treatment from a chiropractor. Since getting a proper chair (Hoganasmobler 562) for my home office and here in the school the amount of back ache incidents has decreased. Although my chair has arm supports, our occupational health advised us we should all have chairs without arm supports. I also use a wrist support and swop arms to use my mouse due to wrist pains sometimes.
  22. Solid engines apart from the lack of power, with no Turbo/intercooler to go wrong. I'm a big fan of the Focus TD.
  23. I know Microsoft Security Essentials and System Center Endpoint Protection only warn of infected files by default, AVG blocks access to the dubious files.
  24. Don't forget to check the Amp rating of the old against the new.
  25. Have you checked the USB drivers in device manager. I've encountered a similar problem with a corrupted driver, uninstalling then restarting the PC fixed the problem.
