  1. Ghosts be trollin'?
  2. Not sure if it's IT or the Site team...
  3. I carved myself a nice knife (capable of spreading butter!!!) and a nice spoon! However 3 attempts at a fork I haven't tried in best part of half a year!
  4. Today I got a bit freaked out... A teacher came in that was able to remember the error code! I must admit I am a cynic about this kind of stuff - I've never seen / heard / experienced anything myself and I'm sure I'll remain cynical about it until / if I do. Doesn't mean I get a little scared when walking around here in the dark!
  5. Our school is getting rid of the dark room... I was offered an enlarger and some equipment! I just need to get round to making blackout curtains for the kitchen, dig out my Dad's old SLR which he gave me (20 years older than me!) and I'll be back enjoying 35mm! I love it - favourite subject when I was in college, spent all my spare time in the dark room!!!
  6. I had something EXACTLY like this a while back (ordered a NAS for home from them..). I had recently moved house and I ordered it to my parents house as I knew they would be home all day! I kept an eye on the tracking, and eventually it said delivered so I rung up M&D. Neither had seen anyone come up the drive (next house is 2 fields away so no mistaking / leaving for neighbours). I spent most of that afternoon / evening irate on the phone to both ebuyer and yodel. Next day Dad rings me about 3 in the afternoon to tell me a yodel van had pulled up, driver came in and grunted at Dad (who knew about it being marked as delivered etc) so Dad asked if he needed a signature. Bloke grunted back and just walked out after handing it to my Dad. I left an extremely bad review on a generic review website (can't remember which) and also tweeted yodel saying how disappointed I was by the appalling service. Apparently they had an "internal investigation" and it was put down to some error, but I've been told / seen that it was probably marked as delivered so the driver could get paid for another delivery.. When was it "delivered"? If it was yesterday I would try not to panic as my experience it came the next day. However I would recommend you leave Yodel a bad review and also a bad tweet. Ring eBuyer to let them know your item is marked for delivery but nothing has been delivered so they can investigate it too, as they will have more leverage over Yodel. I didn't really get anywhere when trying to contact Yodel, but you could try ringing the depot and complaining too. Edit: When I asked for proof of signature which apparently was in our name (Could have been my Mum's arguably as we have same first initial which they usually take) they said they couldn't get it to me as it was a paper/hard copy instead of the electronic one. As someone else has said about getting a description etc of the person I was lucky that I didn't have to go down that route, but it would have been my next port of call.

  13. Hi all, I haven't really had much experience using group policy etc so need a little help. We often let out our theatre, classrooms and a few other areas to external bookings - and several of these are regulars. Is there a way to restrict the drives they can see to only flash drives (or any local drives is fine)? Cheers, J
  14. Reports > Design Report > Select "Staff, all Currant", select which fields you need (Top of list will be 1st column, bottom of list will be last column etc). Hit next > Choose sort order (Suggest surname? Depends what info you need) > Excel > Run my report. Save spreadsheet as CSV.
