I agree, that Renault engine is no more powerful than last year but judging from the drivers comments it seems to be even worse to drive.
  3. Not wasting your breath but proceed to "brag" about deploying 2,000 iPads. Logic. I don't care where you've been "consulting". The fact that I have to create 35 Apple IDs just for a class set of them is a pain the back side. Can't even do that in one sitting as you can only create so many IDs per IP address.
  4. Thanks a lot guys! I'll give it a go!
  5. Thanks guys! @RichCowell, is there anything to modify on that script or just save it as .vbs and run it as a logon script?
  6. Is that policy > control panel > new > TCP/IP printer > set to delete all IP printers? Tried that, but it was still there, but so was the printer deployed via print management so not sure it worked.
  7. Hi, Bit of a strange one. We have a 2008r2 server that is also a print server. The school had a new printer delivered. I deleted the old one from print management and the removed the group policy object deploying the printer and I removed the printer from the devices and printers section on the server. However, when the domain clients log on the printer is still there and it is coming from the server with the "printer name..on server1" tag on the name. Anyone any clues as to why it would still be visible even though it is no longer deployed from nor connected to the server? Stuck in profile perhaps? Thanks.
  8. If you think iPads are simple and easy to manage on an school network you must be an absolute joke of a consultant. They are a pain in the backside.
  9. Because they just don't care. They have only really caught on in schools to begin with because users like them. They never intended to be so involved in schools.

When a fighter suffers retrograde amnesia doctors will declare them unfit to fit for a number of weeks. Standard practice. Why is everyone so shocked when they have done the same with Alonso? It is especially dangerous to have TBI close to one another, causing high ICP and such. Not surprised at all they recommended that he sits this one out, and good on him for doing so.
  11. If you really are drinking high amounts of fizzy drinks like that, being over weight when your older isn't your only problem, its gonna be type 2 diabetes which isn't a condition that will creep up in later life. It could happen now. I'm the opposite as some on here. Because i am sat on my backside most the day i find it impossible to sleep well at night, so i weight lift and swim 1+ mile every night. I get home from training, eat and fall into a nice sleep that my body needs rather than tossing and turning. Motivation is hard and you need to find something you enjoy doing. For example, If you hate going for a run you won't stick at it for the long term and end up back to square one.

Well, Manor Marussia have passed the crash test and will be on the grid come Australia! Wonder who the second driver will be? I'm really hoping them aren't a liability and manage to keep up with the rest of the back runners.
  14. Cable just isn't going to happen. I'll look into setting up another Unifi AP in mesh mode! Thanks guys!
  15. No it can only be done wirelessly unfortunately! I'll look up some guides on how to set this up, is it straightforward?
  16. Hi, We need some recommendations for wireless solutions if possible! The nursery building for our school is a few meters away from the main building. The nursery has no wired network infrastructure. A Unifi AP is pointing towards the nursery and all devices in the nursery are wireless. However, the signal is quite poor and can drop out sometimes. What we need is some sort of wireless bridge, going from the main building to the nursery. If the device in the nursery can pick up the signal and broadcast it without the need for switching equipment that'd be great. We have line of sight with windows so they don't need to be outdoor maybe? Anyone any suggestions?
  17. I'm sorry, I'm not with you. Are you saying your county tell you to host Sims on the curric server?
  18. Curious as to why, in a primary school, you want your curric server hosting sims? We just leave the admin network alone and let county deal with it.
  19. Well i feel silly...
  20. Does anyone know when or how we are supposed to start using the lightspeed MDM tool? I've got a bunch of new iPads and i wouldn't mind using this! Not sure where to login to start using it! Anyone? Ta very much!
  21. I think that really depends on the school. I'm at primary level and at this school I can't even imagine equipment going walk about.
  22. Adding these to the students URL allowed list should fix it for you. It can take a few minutes for these to take affect though. apple.com itunes.com itunes.apple.com
  23. Slightly off topic, but everywhere i read about RM servers is nothing but negative. I've never come across one and they might be a bit before my time, but what's so bad about them?
  24. Thanks, we are not virtual so i'll have to test it on our defunct server i think.
  25. Since when did Google have a neurology department...
