  1. Crispsy shredded beef. Now i know what i'm having for tea!
  2. Depends on your lifestyle though too, myself and a few others on this board are very active and I need to fuel my body throughout the day to maintain muscle mass and weight. I find eating regularly stops me from going out eating those huge very-bad-for-you meals.
  3. Beef jerky!!! High in protein, delicious in taste! Just a shame it's more expensive than gold per kg...probably.
  4. Like i said though, you'll progress quickly. When i started swimming i couldn't string two lengths together, and although i've stopped now due to MA training and weight lifting, i was swimming a mile in 30 minutes. Keep at it!
  5. You'll find that you will progress quite quickly when it comes to swimming. Are you overweight or just out of shape? I know it's a personal question but someone who is of a healthy weight, with no physical aliments and is just unfit will respond very well to cardio and will soon be swimming a mile for fun!
  6. Haha, I've only just coordinated my spinning back fist properly!
  7. Sounds good! I'm focusing a bit more on my kick boxing / jujitsu at the moment. Still lifting but not pushing like crazy everyday to add weight to the bar every week. I wanna get fast. I wanna get so fast that when i turn out my bedroom light i'll be in bed before the rooms dark.
  8. try this for your task bar. Set how you want it look on a machine, then export the reg file and deploy it using GPO. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/70920b20-0754-428a-b48e-f157d26dfbf3/deploy-shortcut-to-taskbar-win-7?forum=winserverGP

Are you sure you want to do that? I bet yours could do an out lap without wrecking its engine.
  10. Yes, it shouldn't do that. I get an error saying access to this resource is not allowed. Or something along those lines.
  11. Hiding C: will stop it showing up in office/explorer etc, but it there is a way to browse C: from within word. Not sure how tech savy your users are but putting this as a hyper link will allow you you bring up C: in an explorer window. \\127.0.0.1\C$ Permission settings will detirmin what damage they can do.
  12. After reading this i feel like my i need to take up some hobbies other than the gym... I have no children and no mortgage to pay and i'm 25. So i'm mostly in the pub all weekend.
  13. Seems spot on. One thing to think about, is to have a shared drive to staff and keep all pictures and videos within this drive and sit down and show them how to save to this. If you have roaming profiles for staff and they start saving 1000's of pictures and a few videos in their "My docs" folder, you'll start getting hideous logon times. As mikkydoos said, they might be small amount of staff but they love to photo and video everything and save it. Be prepared for iPads. They love those too.
  14. Buy this. Set new personal best. Set world record. Turn blonde. Become best fighter in the universe. Profit.
  15. I get like that though, my friend has made better progress than me and it gets me down. I've also had to reduce the weight on my bench to get my form on track, sometimes feels like i'm going no where if not backwards. Then, every now and again comes that workout where you break your PB and you feel awesome. Good luck in your comp! Hope you beat your records!
  16. What big lifts have you got to do?
  17. My primary schools here are stuck on 10mbps synchronous line and thats with ADSL bonding. I asked when we are getting fibre and BT said they are aiming to supply most primary schools within the year. Pinch of salt an all that. Some of your lines sound blazing quick in comparison!
  18. Yeah, it's a poor build really. This one has the most issues for me. The icons in the start menu just don't work, clicking on them just does nothing. I'm certain a new build is coming, as it is Microsoft's BUILD event tomorrow, they normally release something at the event, so a new, more stable build with new features is what i'm hoping for.
  19. We didn't actually set it up, as its run by LA. It's completely transparent so any connected devices are filtered, with no proxy settings configured. I think the off site management is done by locking the device's settings so that it is using the PAC file. And you probably need lightspeed MDM to do this for iPads.
  20. County host lightspeed as the default filter for us. Don't have any problems with it and is straight forward to use. But I haven't used smoothwall so I can't compare.
  21. Probably an issue with your ISP DNS. Ping the BBC news server and see if the response is ok.
  22. I work on my own and do spend quite a bit of time in the car, so its spotify mostly for me. I'm into kinda "different" music like Dance Gavin Dance and Of Mice And Men and such. But I do like radio 2 with ken bruce and jeremy vine! Chris evans is an oxegen theif.
  23. I had the same experience. I bought it as I knew downloading it would take an age and wanted to get playing quickly. 6 DVDs later and a lengthy install time I though right, lets go! No...Few huge patches and download speeds that would flux between 2Mbs and 17.6KBPS(!!). Even though I bought a physical copy on release day it still took over a day to get it going. Running now and loving it! Never played it on a console.
  24. Maybe have a think what sort of day to day tasks they would typically do, and what would be a bit of a challenge for them? Such as troubleshooting a boot issue or imaging a PC, to set up a basic switch in a lab?
  25. Looking good, but I expect that build might just be there to pave way for the big updates coming at the BUILD conference next week. Microsoft like to unveil new features at BUILD.
