All sorted now it was to do with casper suite not talking to apple correctly so did not see the correct ammount of licenses.

We have just started using insight TASC Software | INSIGHT Very good and know a lot of other users here use it.

Been using apple configurator and casper suite to mange our ipads. I use apple configuartor to push wifi setting and the enrol profile and all been working great. I can assign apps to each ipad fine through casper using vpp. Just got a new ipad and decided to test dep. All set up fine and updated to latest os but everytime i assign an app it wants an itunes account and have no idea why. Any one have an idea why it wants it?

Which was all a load of anyway. No proof was ever put forward for it.

Cunninghams just annoy me at times how bad it can be and how bad support can also be. Would not recommend them.

Having Virgin media fitted tomorrow. I bought an apple AirPort Extreme last year to increase my wireless range in the house and has worked perfectly. Just wondering what you guys think keep with the AirPort Extreme or use the superhub supplied by Virgin. Edit:

Another vote for OP SmartBackup

Censornet here also. Support is fantastic and if we have any problems they straight away remote in and take a look.

Is this in casper suite yet? If so where?

Any updates on this thread?

The app works on the other 20 ipads just not the 3 in the office. It has happened before and i have to reinstall the app. - - - Updated - - - Thanks. We use casper suite here so may give support a ring and see what they say about that.

Just seems to be one app it's the Novation launchpad app. Just checking now if there is an update for it. Edit: I have the latest version.

Having an issue with some iPads. Basically when you go to load an app it loads for a second and then seems to crash again and returns you to the home screen. Anyone come across this before?

Look at rise vision. I replaced our onelan solution with it and it works really well. Was easy to set up ad maintain. We have the lunch menu, dinner sittings, Twitter feed, clubs and activities and then photos of recent activities around the school.

Took me forever to get the resolutions on the screens right. The issue sounds the same as mine when i first started you have to check the resolution of the tv. Our older tvs were only 720p and i had built a display which was 1080p which threw it way over. Check the resolution of the tvs first.

Found it https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rise-player/mfpgpdablffhbfofnhlpgmokokbahooi?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog

Strange i cannot find it either anymore... They have a good support community here though https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc Will see if i can dig up the extension

Have you tried the chrome extension?

Thanks. Our current website has all of that and all that is changing is the layout of it.

Casper Suite Casper Suite | JAMF Software Speak to KRCS https://www.krcs.co.uk/ We had it put in last summer and never looked back.

Anyone know of a stand which can house some sort of tablet device. We want a secure one in the ict suite so pupils can go up to it and view pieces of work without then taking the tablet. Anyone have any ideas.

We use censornet here. It is very good and the support is brilliant

Thank you both that worked!!!

Anyone have any ideas?
