I skipped 2015 as I didn't really play 2014 much, but got it at £12. I managed to pick up 2016 on pre-order in August from CDkeys.com for just under £20. I haven't played FM in a long time though, so it's gonna take some getting used to with all the new features and changes.

Is it just me, or has anyone noticed really bad performance with RM CC4 and Intel Core i3 devices. Most of my current devices have Intel Core i3 CPUs (Both PCs and Laptops) and Windows 7 just grinds to a halt when you try to do anything. It takes forever to login, to launch programs and generally most tasks. I just installed a new ICT Suite of 31 Dell AIOs with Core i5 (Quad Core) and they simply fly by comparison. Has anyone else noticed any similar issues with really poor performance?

Yeah, I was about to say, I set up DEP and VPP with Meraki MDM free for our 31 devices this September. I updated all the new iPad Air 2 devices to iOS 9 and I've been able to use all of the new features to manage my iPads. So, I'm presuming it's still fully available for users with < 100 devices.

Since upgrading to Windows 10. I notice that every morning, my PC is automatically booted up. Now, I wouldn't really mind this, but the issue is that it's causing my broom cupboard office to turn in to a blast furnace! I've also noticed the fans always seem to be on high after upgrading to Windows 10, but maybe that's because the office is so hot from the PC running all night! I decided to shut it down early one night before leaving and noticed that it automatically booted itself back up after a minute or 2. Last night, I shut it off 5 minutes early and did some paper work and it didn't boot back up, but I came in this morning and it was booted up again. I've done a bit of searching and everything seems to point to disabling Fast Startup. I've done this, but it is still booting up automatically. It's a stand alone PC so it wouldn't be any Wake on LAN scripts waking it up. It wasn't behaving like this with Windows 8.1. It's only started doing it since it upgraded the PC to Windows 10. Any ideas?

Can anyone recommend some strong asset labels. I have a new trolley of iPads that have an aXtion bold rugged case. However, I can't get any regular stickers to stick to the cases due to their rubber material. Can anyone recommend some cheap highly adhesive reasonably heavy duty labels that are thin enough to fit an iPad Air 2 bezel

I can't use the app, because that only records the stream from the internal microphone. The streaming I want to do has the input coming from the main amplifier and going in to a laptop.

Top Gear was the most pirated show in the world. When you consider that must of the people in the UK didn't need to pirate it, I'd hate to think what the pirate figures for the "new" Top Gear will be!

I knew it wasn't gonna be ITV (for advertising reasons) but I was hoping for a more popular service like Netflix. Amazon Prime just doesn't seem worth it... Don't want to sign up for yet another subscription service!

The question is what will the uptake for Android pay be once it launches? Apple Pay hadn't exactly at the world alight and Samsung are launching their own version. I don't think the banks will be too forthcoming with paying more and more transaction fees to all the third parties. Apple did well to get in there before Google and Samsung. So the lack of NFC might not be too much of a deal breaker. Although the lack of QuickCharge is very disappointing.

I've recently taken up a bit of simple web development by developing a website for my local mosque (Quwwat-ul-Islam). It's currently being hosted with a previous developer on hostgator. I've had a lot of requests from other local mosques and businesses to develop their websites for them and I'd also like to get a website done for myself and also for further testing with WordPress. For the mosques and businesses, I would definitely need unlimited bandwidth and web space as they will have very high traffic and bandwidth demands. Can someone please recommend the cheapest options possible (Funding is especially low in the charities and mosques) with good UK based support. Ideally support out of hours or 24/7 with free or local numbers (not 0845 or 0870 etc) will be very helpful as most of the work will be done outside of normal business hours (Usually at very unsociable hours!)

I should have clarified, the post wasn't targeted at school/business users who will have a volume license agreement. This is primarily focused on home users.

Just read Gabe Aul's updated post on Windows 10 being "Free" for Geniune Windows 7 and 8.1 user. However, my understanding of this part... ... Seems to suggest that if you stay on or sign up for the Windows Insider Program, you can install the latest post RTM release of Windows 10 and keep getting activated under the terms of the Windows Insider Program for free. I know that it's potentially unstable releases and not for primary PC/Laptop/Tablet use, but I can't see those who wouldn't pay for a genuine license being too bothered! Essentially, all you are doing is installing more frequent Windows Updates! Also, the 2nd part about if you chose to leave the Insider program seems to suggest that if anyone has installed Windows 10 on a PC that did have a Genuine 7 or 8.1 license, but installed from an ISO on to a formatted hard disk, you will need to reinstall Windows 7 or 8.1 and then upgrade to Windows 10 in order to be activated. As such, it seems that if you want to install a clean copy of Windows 10, from an insider build without a previous Windows 7 or 8.1 installation, you'll have to do the following: 1. Install Windows 7 or 8.1 2. Activate Windows 7 or 8.1 3. Run Windows Updates so that you can get the required update to get Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store 4. Update to Windows 10 5. Activate Windows 10 6. Reinstall either using fresh start option or from ISO if provided by Microsoft Just feel that they are making the whole process rather difficult or long winded. Either simply charge for Windows 10 or make it free for all. The free for a year if you meet this criteria and that criteria and loopholes to get round all of it just doesn't seem to make life easier for anyone! :|

I'm running Windows 10 (10130) and I installed on to my main PC from a clean build. Since installing Firefox, I get the following error on every single launch: "Sync encountered an error while synchronising: Incorrect account name or password. Sync will automatically retry this action." If I put my sync password in, it will carry on happily, but it seems to want to do this on every single launch. I have tried deleting the signedInUser.json as highlighted in one post on Mozilla support. But that hasn't worked. I decided to go with Mixlr in the end. Very straight forward and simple. Just plugged the input from the amplifier in to the PC, set the source in Mixlr and press the button and boom, you're live! It even records all your streams and you can then upload them to your Mixlr showreel for playback after the event. The free package allows you to stream unlimited number of times, but for only 1 hour at a time. It's $99/year for 3 hour streams and $199/year for unlimited streams. I might go with the $99/year option as we never really have programmes/events that go on for more than 3 hours. The only problem I have now is... The amplifier and PC are in an office on the other end of the building from the prayer hall in which all the programmes take place. Is there any way I can make this setup simple to the layman to switch on? At the moment I am switching the system on and off remotely via Teamviewer. I'm thinking maybe buy a very cheap Windows/Android tablet (or even basic iPad) that is ALWAYS on with sleep disabled, plugged in to the wall with Teamviewer running and the PC set to never sleep too. This way the layman user can simply pick up the tablet, press the big broadcast button and live stream is enabled. This might sound silly, but essentially, I need a physical switch they can press, that will activate a software option to go live. Is this even possible?!

With all of the options above, would they need to be switched on as and when needed? Is there an option that would start broadcasting as soon as is detects an audio stream?

My local mosque at which I am a volunteer manager have asked me to source a live streaming solution so that all prayers and (most importantly) lectures can be live streamed over the Internet/via our website. It is a relatively large mosque. We currently have a speaker system in place that is connected to a mixer desk with 2 large amplifiers that serve many speakers dotted around the building. (Approximately 50 speakers). Currently I have a regular jack connected to a USB converter that plugs in to a laptop and can then record using Audacity, which I then convert to MP3 and upload online. I would like to be able to automate recordings if possible or have a web based facility to initiate a recording as the current Teamviewer option isn't great if the laptop has been turned off. However, the main objective to start off with is to be able to live stream via the Internet so that all programmes taking place at the mosque can be listened to live on demand via desktop, tablet and mobile. Any ideas on how I can achieve this?

I'm pretty sure GoToMeeting along with other remote access/presentations tools are blocked by default on the LGfL network. In order to get these sites unblocked, the headteacher needs to log on to the support site (support.atomwide.com) and enable catagory 2 remote access. These sites can then be unblocked by any nominated contact via the WebScreen 2.0 controls.

You've got me torn now! I was looking at this silent fanless 750 Ti, but the 960 sounds ever so tempting, although I'm worried about the noise compared to the silent 750 Ti and just how huge it is!

I've just played GTA V with a lot of settings turned down on my 560 Ti and I'm hoping to play the upcoming Batman game with some better graphics. I was thinking maybe around the £100 mark? I don't mind sacrificing the low profile factor.

My GeForce 560 Ti failed on me a few months back and I've been using my brother's card since. However, he now wants it back, so can someone please spec me a replacement. Looking for something as silent as possible as the wife isn't happy with the racket my current card makes as the PC is in the main living room acting as my Media Centre and preferably something small and low profile. Also, I'll need it to have HDMI ports as I'll hopefully be buying a 40" TV soon to replace my 23" monitor.

A colleague has asked me for a recommendation for a high end PC for some pretty intensive video editing and graphical work. Does anyone have any recommendations for a pre-built or made to order setup with a decent warranty option. She doesn't want a custom build as she isn't technical enough to diagnose the issues. Any recommendations?
