  1. Feel free to ask - yes we'll respond - but you won't be getting any business from us!
  2. Fine here.
  3. Oops Belkin...
  4. Moved from Cunninghams to NRS at Easter. Overall a positive move. We're such a large site and have integration with SmartID (Paxton, Papercut, Inventry) as well as the link from ParentPay so was always going to be some teething issues - but generally they've been dealt with really well. We are a Premium customer (can't recall the word, something else beginning with P) so I suspect I often get through first line quicker than most, and I do have permission to speak directly to $God at NRS if I request it - I'm careful not to abuse this but he can fix things in seconds or advise his colleagues what to do so quickly then we can get on with our other jobs. (No, I won't reveal $God's name!)
  5. Or what my reply should have been: "#YesMate..!"
  6. Yeah, I'm subscribed to it - he's mental!
  7. That sounds familiar. We're on RM CC4 with Adobe CS5.5 and get those errors/situations. We have a .bat script we fire out with Impero to fix it. Peter
  8. We renewed again last year on what was a one year contract - rang up to cancel in May and found out they’d changed the wording on our invoice/contract - which by paying it we accepted.
  9. If it's just an Excel sheet, copy all the rows from the 2nd spreadsheet into the first then use Data > Remove Duplicates so you end up with one copy of each unique row? Peter
  10. My understanding from the GDPR docs/guides I’ve read somewhere was that the contact details for all SAR requests HAD TO be published in your shiny new GDPR privacy policy? If so, set that to a mailing list that includes enough key individuals to ensure (with reasonable certainty) that someone will be working at the time it’s received?
  11. We’re fortunate to have been accepted by Co-Op to receive their community funding - looking like £1600 this year plus we’re waiting to hear if accepted for next year. £1600 down, £423,400 to go... (ish!)
  12. Hehe, I refrained from entering an application for our church community scheme currently being fundraised because I chickened out of asking people on here to vote for it and I couldn't see any other way of us getting the votes needed.
  13. I don't normally reopen 4 year old threads, but having just come across this problem on a VMware virtual PC, I've decided I must have a faulty VIRTUAL stick of RAM then...!
  14. I know nothing other than we use CPOMS and it landed on my desk at 1pm on the last day of summer term - we broke up at 12pm...
  15. Nope, ours is ok.
  16. We're stuck at 9.12.* with the 7363's so (without re-reading for your specific models) it is likely you're reading correct. We've just added R500's as the R510's aren't supported until 9.13.* Peter
  17. Quote arrived at £21.80 for 250 seats (per annum) so back in line with above.
  18. Just spoke to XMA who are verbally saying £30 per seat - just waiting for email quotes to see what it's based on!
  19. Excellent post - I'm about to start looking at this!
  20. Ditto - bought a three pack for Church but only needed two to cover it so I accidentally brought the third one home.... Covers everything but the study, but that's technically outside the house walls so wifi has always struggled to get in there.
  21. Sadly I have to agree. I was looking through this thread wondering why Electric wasn't one of the options, but you're right if you don't have reserved parking and you need 2x150 miles to visit parents each month then it becomes tricky. I have Leaf but my commute is 10 minutes, I have dedicated parking/charging and I can do return journey to my sisters and my half-termly IT Managers meeting without a problem - only journey further afar once a year which I do using public chargers.
  22. They were on sale in our sixth form canteen yesterday Tim - you should have said!
  23. Misco are on “Credit Hold” with a lot of their distributors and selling off their UK warehouse(s) to try and get their accounts into black, as of 1st August 2017. They’re one of my current suppliers - but they haven’t processed an order or invoice in 2 months despite several calls, emails and chasers including £9.5k contract renewal that’s now expired past it’s renewal date.
  24. Hi. We're due to tender for some iPads next week but two of our three current DEP resellers are out of favour at the moment and won't be getting further business. Could you tell me who you use, assuming you recommend them? Many thanks. Peter
  25. Moved to NRS at Spring Bank. Can't fault them - service onsite and by phone has been excellent including this month. Peter
