I’m just clueless as to why attachments are getting corrupted. We have set things up correctly and tested internally and all works fine. As soon as its external the whole file corrupts

Awesome- are external recipients able to open attachments?

Our local LA was using egress for encrypted emails which has now stopped. They have advised everyone to be using office 365 mail rules enforcing encryption. We have done this but all messages we send and receive with attachments end up corrupting the attachments. We have instead turned on rights management in azure and getting people to click on the encrypt button within outlook which is working flawlessly. However the la still insist on using the mail rule. Has anyone else seen this and solved it? Driving a lot of schools around here mad.

Yep is licensed and works fine on office 365

Really stumped with this one- cannot add my office 365 account to outlook 2016. Have removed profiles from outlook, have removed user profiles and rebuild the machine. Multi factor authentication is turned off. Have tried adding it on an unfiltered connection. Have tried the regedit to disable WAM. Tried resetting users email password. Checked with ISP and nothing is being blocked. Any one have any ideas?

Had a subject access request for a persons information- been asked to scan all emails for a mention of them. Is this necessary and is this possible- if so how? Sorry if i have not posted in the correct place.

No they were bought before my time and the company purchased from have since gone under so haven’t really got very far with apple.

Just rebuilt all of ours to Mojave. Was not fun- our old DS set up didn’t create a recover partition so have had to build with USBs then let Mosyle do the software. Way more work involved that when we had deploystudio. Used to be able to do the whole school in 2 days now we are on day 3 and still not done...

you set the the printer to be allowed to release print jobs for that print queue? Under device then print release.

only issue with mobility print is that if you are signed into a mac and ipad the accounting pop up could come up on either. Not great when you are elsewhere in the school and the pop up comes up on your locked mac. Thank you all for your help!

where would I see the secondary server in the main papercut dash? Mobility print is no long running.

completely flat network

We have a secondary print server on a mac mini running papercut- whenever we try and print to it from our ipads it says that the printer is offline... Everything is online and working on the macs so not sure what is going wrong. Anyone else seen this?

They’ll send you the link that you will need to install with either apple configurator or through your Mdm.

We have a 90% mac evironment here. Will 100% by the end of next year. Windows is taken care of the normal ways but we run the macs and ipads on Mosyle MDM

Speak to your reseller- they may be able to help. Have the same issues here before. I would expect the same of any company after the product has become out of warranty.

Looking for some software to log the work done while a technician is onsite i.e: Fixed Projector Fixed Board Time spent onsite 2 hours Tech Name We have a helpdesk but everything is not always submitted as a ticket or is routine work. Anyone got any recommendations?
