We have the regedits in place to enable the permissions for staff to access microphones and webcams on their machine. It doesnt stay enabled sometimes which is strange. All guides I have found have been for 1803. Does anyone have any recommendations?

When our users are logging into RDS they are automatically signed out- always after applying the Folder Redirection policy. This only appears to be happening on laptops that are name "PL". The login works fine on other laptops and desktops. There is nothing being restricted via our group policies and nothing is standing out in Sophos either. Any ideas?

We have a fleet of 140 Dell Laptops that we are trying to bitlocker encrypt. Around 80% work fine. Someone encrypt then when we reboot they go straight to the Automatic Repair screen. The image, bios and set up are exactly the same on all laptops so not sure what is going wrong. Anyone seen this?

Anyone done this? We would like to export all our library data but not getting an answer from capita...

After past experience wouldnt touch Vericool with a barge pole... Anyone installed the Biostore till software themselves?- we may require another 'Till' (laptop or desktop) in the interim in september to get us through Year groups being confined to certain areas of the school.

They wont provide them- have tried to get them but no joy. Cant even factory reset them.

Has anyone managed to get the admin passwords for the 4G modems? We want to set them all up with a univeral SSID but it appears they are all locked down.

Get a lightning to ethernet adapter- has saved me many times! As long as allow Usb devices when locked is enabled in MDM this should help

So we have had pricing back from Live Register, Sharp and BioStore. BioStore looks and is priced the best! Anyone moved from Cunninghams to Biostore? Anything missing or issues cropped up?

Been trying to get a hold of Biostore but cant seem to get through on the phones and no one is replying to emails... Spoken to Live Register. Had to go lie down after seeing the quote.

We currently have 5 PAR tech Tills which will not work with the touchscreens while running Windows 10. We are looking at replacements. New from Cunninghams will cost £1000 which wont be happening... I want to use desktops with touchscreens or AIOs- have been asked to provide options so wondered what others are using if you are buying these in-house?

We are looking to enable SSSO- however we currently already sync our passwords to O365. Will this stop those passwords syncing or can these two methods be used in conjunction?
