  1. Raspberry Pi Zenithink Z180 early android tablet... was useless as only had 256mb memory.
  2. Many of the big educational products are not tied into ADFS. Many are looking for assistance to hook up to a single sign on. Looking at the hundreds of smaller suppliers who are popping up all over the place with innovative ideas!
  3. There is a report button if you think I've broken rules, Phil. Feel free to use it. I am still working for Groupcall, always nice to remind the community! A year last week actually, still going strong! I don't believe I have mentioned any product by us or anyone else mind! Just making a point or two.
  4. Assuming you just want to solve your capita identity issue... and not manage your identity across the entire estate
  5. Once again they would be late to the party then... others are already doing just that and probably cheaper too!!
  6. I think the points being made is it is a mammoth task to setup and migrate to O365 just for that Facility... if a school is not using it currently...
  7. They are lagging behind in that thought process... others have gone there and is a great success story...
  8. It's not like your staff already have a login they use every day... say like their AD username and password... *cough* Which software would that be out of interest? How much have you had a look at TeacherApp so far?
  9. Noticed that this morning, and with very sales talk too!
  10. One rule for some...
  11. No no no, not you my friend! The companies touting their wares
  12. I see this thread has bypassed the services advertisement ban then...

Then do not use MailExpress if the LA kick up a fuss then say you have concerns and was not prepared to risk x y and z... and you did flag this with them on x date...

    MAILEXPRESS

Have you mentioned this fact to your LEA?
  15. I also didn't see Mr Neal say such a thing lol... unless he is looking for new employment!
  16. Yes it does. Current as of Autumn 2014
  17. Wow, mentioned alongside Mr Heppell, honoured! The research is still pretty valid even if you want to see who is our there and do your own research based on that. There is also an example, blank set of tender/procurement style questions which might help you get off the ground.
  18. Phil is absolutely spot on, I've been doing a lot of research into this on behalf of SIF and without repeating this is totally correct.
  19. You are right Vik. It is one installation of Xporter, but contained within that is a number of encapsulated processes and jobs that are independent of each other for each 3rd party (or in fact each product). Each can be installed as needed. Sorry I should have been clearer!
  20. They have different independent instances of Xporter running yes. This is so that if there is an issue with one 3rd party process, the others keep working just fine. It also allows processes to happen in parallel.
  21. Just a word of warning... get to the cinema in plenty of time for the next while on a Tuesday or Wednesday... entering that 8 digit code on a keypad by the counter staff takes an age and queues a forming! Certainly in my local anyway. I thought he was writing base code for Windows 11 the amount of time and tapping it took...
  22. C'mon, he makes that film!
  23. Totally agree, superb acting one again from Tom Hardy, but what was up with the voice! What accent was he trying? Aside, I really liked it. I was a little disappointed in that it could have been longer. I think the start should have been set up better, what was the city all about, who was the chief nasty, why was he nasty, how deeply were the people subservient... paint a picture of the world a bit. But, brilliant action throughout, loved the bits where guitar man was playing to drive people forwards! Wasn't sure why the entire film needed operatic music throughout, but was OK. Great knowing 99% was real and not CGI, seemed to make it even better for me. Question: Did anyone else think this was Waterworld in the desert? had that feel for me a bit.
  24. To be fair... Peter Firth aside the Spooks series was never going to win big on the acting front!
  25. Kill him off for a season or two let him the time to go do acting elsewhere.
