Seems to me salmon wanted a straight Yes/No vote to keep it simple and focussed on the central issue. Fine, he got that. So no should be in and Yes should be out, All Out. There should be no more ties than we have with Australia or Canada, may be less. If they manage to secure EU membership then no more ties than France or Germany. If there is a No vote the scots will still keep pressuring for more and more devolution. Personally I wish they would stay, I also think that there should be core issues that are decided in Westminster (like Defence, serious crime etc) by all 4 UK nations and then All 4 should have their own assembly to decide the rest. Why should scots have a vote on what the rest of us pay in taxes, or what level of healthcare we get when a welsh voter say, has no influence on those issues in Scotland. In a coallition government they can easily swing things to favour Scotland. Vote for higher taxes, to make living in Scotland look more attractive. higher business rates then reduce their own to attract jobs. There is a genuine conflict of interest in the present system that the scots are free to take advantage of that no one seems to be talking about. I really don't like the present system anymore. The scots make uncomfortable bed-fellows. I think the only way forward is to give them 100% independence. Once and for all. They may well prosper. They have the same population as Norway and they have one of the highest standards of living in world. Both countries have access to north sea oil and fisheries. But Scotland has a much more developed tourist industry. They should do well. They don't need us. Let them go and make their own way. But keeping the pound would mean that if it didn't work out we may well have to prop up the pound to keep Scotland from dragging us down with them. There is no upside to this. If their economy thrives it's too small to give us any real benefit. 4 million people to our 66 Million. They would keep any proceeds. Why should the English, the Welsh and the Irish underwrite that risk? For all Mr salmon's rhetoric on how well an independent Scotland will do, his stance on the pound gives the game away. If he really believed his own propaganda he wouldn't care about the pound.

Are your servers virtualised? If so get them all to use an external NTP server indiviually, including the host. If you have one physical server (some do) use that one for as the NTP server for your clients.

certainly true for physical servers. Now if you have a number of servers it would be cheaper to buy a spare one than take out the care packs and with virtualisation you can have a virtual server back in production a lot Faster than HP can repair a physical one.

I remember similar case where someone got a parking ticket while they were reversing into a side street to turn round. The appeal only won because the reversing light were on in the picture. To be fair, the problem here isn't the traffic warden. Its mobile camera where they drive round an the pictures are reviewed the next day by someone who wasn't even there. They only capture one point in time. They should be banned as the evidence they provide doesn't stand up to any reasonable scrutiny, like who was driving even.

Pearson hold the copyright, but it's underpinned/supported but someone/something called CAT Global. You do have a world of pain waiting for you but it is easier than it used to be. I installed the Adminstator software on the Exam officer's desktop. It worked fine. If I remember rightly, it registers the computer it's installed on and it will only work on that computer there after. Part of their security policy I think. So don't do what I did. I set up a Lab, got it all working then transfered it all across the exam room. Spent 2 days trouble shooting with tech support before they said "what do you mean when you say it worked on your test computers?". On the plus side their tech support is very patient and will talk you through the whole process over the phone if you have trouble.

I've only ever seen it on an RM school. RM Set up the Federated Single Sign on. That said If you get the premium version of RM Unify they'll set it all up for you and even give you a simple UI with App style tiles for your google stuff, Google Drive, Gmail, Docs etc, cloud based so the same interface from home too. At around £900 it could be seen as a bit pricey but could save you a lot of leg work and give you Single Sign on for other things too if they are registered with RM Unify. You don't need to be an "RM" school or have anything else they offer. But I'd wager a penny to a pound they'd try. Just keep them away from the SMT. There was a thread about it a while back.

Bought over a dozen Dell 3330 off Ebuyer last year. We paid £99.99 for them. Bargain, great little printers very easy to set up and manage over http. One was faulty which Dell swapped out next day. No other issues.

Basically if I turn up at my mums and she looks at my little boy and says "hasn't he grown" I know I've I left it too long to see her, Which with a 4 yr old can be about 2 weeks. If she's out when we call round (usually at the bingo) I atleast make the effort to call her.

That may well be true, I've never tried. I know I do that on my member servers.

You get the same thing if you use headphones off some mobile phones. I get it off my Beats Audio Dr.Dre Monsters. A standard 3.5mm stereo jack has three connectors. These are the shiney metal bands separated by two black (insulating) bands. Check that the headphones you are using have exactly this configuration. One black band and it's mono. 3 or more bands and there is extra functionality. This can be Volume, Mute, ffwd, rwd etc. As you pull the plug out it will contact with the correct leaf spring connectors in the socket and the sound becomes correct. Some of the effects can be very weird because some sounds get cancelled out entirely where others seem louder. This is through a combination of stereo imagaing as the connections are made and constructive and destructive phasing. If it is this configuration make sure you are plugging it into a standard stereo socket. Not SPIF or similar. (now I sound like a bad episode of star trek)

I thought you might have done. When you log on are you logging on to the local computer or the domain? Try domainname\username and servername\username. The You should have more success as the local admin. One more thing to check is have you enabled "Allow all users to install updates" in Windows update? Then we are maybe looking at virus/Malware.

Time go go back a few steps. Have you checked the permissions on the file you are running and on the folder you are trying to install it to? Also in the properties of the file is there a blocked attribute with a check mark? You sometimes get this when a file is imported.
