Nope that image it definitely doesn't do, just has the words I've typed in as the lock message going across the centre of the screen. in white text, and below that the password box, no pulsing, will try to attach a screenshot tomorrow.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible to change the colour of the edulock message displayed text? Currently this is white, we have a school prayer also in white across the centre of our desktop background. this obviously makes the edulock message hard to read.

Promethean EST-P1 anyone know of a direct replacement for this, apparently Promethean say it's EOL and there is no direct compatible replacement they supply!!! they are attached to pro 500 series 87" activboards on mobile mounts and static wall mounted. Thanks to good old BSF we are stuck with 60 of these, with no way of replacing if they fail..

Just completed Mafia 3, the story is good and apart from the first 90 minutes game play, it is a boring repetitive game with the stupidest AI I've ever played. But the music is awesome. planning on playing it again just for the soundtrack....

domain first setup here in September 1998 .local. 1 room of PCs and an NT4 server, eventually migrated to server 2003 and lots more devices. Had no end of issues when we later added some Macs... unsuprisingly.. Domain had to take a 5 year sabbatical (BSF Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!) now back operational again as a .internal. No issues to speak of.

Gamma only been with them just over twelve months but no issues what so ever, from them.

Also if they are dual touch boards(pen and finger), disabling the touch function worked on one of the boards we had issues with, the other was environmental issues, electrical interference as @IT_Ninja says. Especially when the usb cable and power cable are close to each other (same trunking - even divided trunking.)

Question from a none sims user, currently!, (though possibly soon to be ) If the PC is past the point where you can access it to remove the agent, are you in for all kinds of pain? Surely in this day and age re-imaging and giving the PC/Laptop the same name and reinstalling the agent would be enough. Or am I being to logical?

as @sted says it is windows update KB3097877 also running win 7 ent x64 Removed from PCs and all is good in the world - also declined killed removed in wsus - thank the Gods it was only 4 ........

This is currently only affecting two(now 4) classrooms but we have over 60 promethean 500 series boards and when the USB is connected to the PC, the monitor flashes constantly, this happens at windows start up once it displays the login screen. if you remove the USB you can login and the PC acts normally, once logged in, if you put the USB back in it behaves as it should, the board is interactive, pen work fine etc. But, as soon as you lock the PC or log off the monitor starts flashing again.... Upgraded the active driver in case that was the issue, wondered about a windows update causing it, but not seen anything related or that would cause this, going to update the display driver to see if that makes any difference, other than that I'm stuck.. As I say luckily only affecting two(4) so far.. HP lifetime warranty means just that as with the previous poster we've had an 8 year old switch swapped out with no issues. As stated above HP warranty is superb.
