Still up this morning so that a bonus.. Not had any communication from them at all since the original bland one I got from the yesterday morning..

got this reply to an email this morning, bland as you'd expect but at least it's something We are aware of the issue relating to Class Charts and it is being investigated by our Technical team. We apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured we are doing all we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Always is or seems to be every morning till about 9:30 for us any way. Always get the same response too, if you phone them... We are aware and are working to resolve.

reinstalling the agent works fine generally - only drawback as you've found once reinstalled is you have to open solus on the reimaged PC and check for updates to get sims to install.. As ITGuyNW says remove and re-add is the only way sims install automatically... But solus is, My opinion, generally crap........

Nothing but issues for the last few weeks between classcharts and wonde and sims writeback for registration marks - nearly every day there are loads of missing marks... Many and various phone calls and emails never seems to resolve anything.

Mail merge would be the easiest surely using the excel file for the recipients and in word use mail merge to email messages and finish and merge to outlook to send. Sends individual messages, done this many times.

Had the same issue, not with that site but a teacher using some ancient boardworks powerpoints and wondering why the embedded flash parts wouldn't work....... Explained politely as to why it wouldn't work.

Did absolutely nothing with these devices set them up as local devices, created a school admin local user account on them and then the named students office 365 account as a local account (bios was already set by council) on them gave them to the students - never gong to be used in school. if the students reimage them best of luck to them I hope I never see them again......
