What the hell, worth a shot surely? ;D I do reaaaally want Horizon 2, but I'm not prepared to put anymore money into it, as I paid an arm an a leg for the PS4 and i'm not being ripped off by trade in prices...

Thinking about trading the PS4 in or an X1 just for Forza Horizon 2, just don't fancy putting any more money into the pot. Reckon I'd get enough for the PS4 for an X1 with Forza Horizon 2 and some Live or whatever it's called?

The head at my primary has a Windows based tablet and wants to use the built in calendar app so she can simply schedule in reminders/meetings, things to do etc However she doesn't have and doesn't want to create a Microsoft account (as they seem to force you to have one when using built in apps). So does anyone know of any third party apps I could download that will allow her to simply schedule a meeting or to remind her to something etc. It doesn't need to sync back to anything, she doesn't want it to link to any other calendars. So it can be totally stand alone. Anyone got/come across anything that may be able to help me here? Thanks Liam

We're looking at buying a new trolley and laptops, would you guys still recommend the Lenovo ThinkPad X140e for primary school use?? Any recommendations on where to buy a trolley from too?

What is Assetto Corsa like!?!? I've seen it on Steam, it's been tempting me for ages, but wanted to talk to someone who will give me an honest opinion on it?! I've got the new Grid: Autosport which is my current addiction. Trying DayZ again too, need someone to play that with though.

It's a companion device. Otherwise I'd be looking at the Surfaces Pro's like you say. But its only use will be for web browsing, note taking during meetings, accessing emails without the need to be physically sat in her office etc etc. You get the jist!

A couple of those ASUS T100's?? Or a couples surfaces? And have staff taken to them well then? We had a brief trial at my base secondary school and staff didn't take to them as much as I was expecting! They prefer iPads!

Hi all, The head of my primary school wants a Surface or something similar to use on the fly, during meetings and when she's off site etc. Obviously as we all know, Surfaces are pretty expensive and there are a host of Windows based tablet alternatives. But I've not used any for any real amount of time, so please give me some advice on which devices to recommend to her if you have any experience! It must have: - Windows tablet OS (Rules iPad + Android out straight away) - Would be nice to have a keyboard - Not a HUUUGE screen like on the Samsung ActivTabs (or whatever they are called) - Must have Office pre-installed (Majority of them do have this now don't they?) Also can anyone shed any light on something for me? Can you install '.EXE' programs and the such on the tablets now? I know on the original surface, the ability to install things, was only available on the Pro edition of the device. If this is the case, any recommendations where the ability is there is a total bonus! Yes to both. It works without the software installed, but obviously the DPI settings and profiles don't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the driver and software which for now seems to have fixed the issue, for how long though, is another guessing game!

Bit of an update, seems to be an issue with the mouse I use. Mad Catz R.A.T 3. Testing with a naff, very basic mouse atm and everything is fine. To add to the problems in the last 10mins the mouse has also decided to stop tracking my mouse movement every 5secs or so... I think it's likely to be a faulty mouse. I don't think I have the receipt either, ERGH!

Hi all, Start of the year as some of you know, as you kindly helped me spec it, I brought my first seriously high spec PC. I've had an issue arise lately, which can be REALLY annoying and REALLY hard to track and even begin to troubleshoot. Now you'll have to be patient with me here as this is gonna a pain to try and explain. Every now and then the PC will bring another window (not the one i'm interacting with) into focus. Let me try and put it into a scenario. Playing a game in full screen, when all of a sudden the game will exit full screen and bring say my Chrome window into focus, then bring back the game in full screen, now as you can imagine, that's annoying. Now by focus I mean it's almost like I've clicked into another window. When I haven't. It's not just gaming either. I can have say a Chrome page open watching a youtube video and it'll flicker out of focus then instantly back into it. I.E. It's done it while I'm typing this. There seems to be no pattern. It's totally random. Probably driver related or something, but it's driving me NUTS. I know that probably makes next to no sense, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Liam

I HIGHLY recommend the GTX760 if you can afford/use it with your current hardware!! Never had any issues with it. I run 2 monitors, PC is mainly for gaming but I also work remotely from it too. Absolutely awesome card!

I shouldn't comment on these things as I made a thread saying my budget was £500, ended up spending £1200... But anyway, go and give Chillblast a look, they are AWESOME. Just simply email them with what you want and your budget and they'll work something out for you. They are honest guys and will tell you to change things for a different part for smoother performance etc even if the change means the total £££ is less than it was originally. 1000% would recommend them! (:

Hi all, I don't suppose any of you have the .MSI package for Unity it's self do you (I know this thread is related to the web player but shhh)? IT Teacher wants to see if it can be beneficial to her and I can't find an .MSI anywhere! EDIT: I have got it installed, but now it's not connecting to their license server, anyone else had this? It tries to connect for about 5/10seconds then fails and closes Unity.

Well @abillybob I wouldn't know, I've only had my first gaming rig for about 4/5months. Been a console gamer before this!! And if it doesn't look gorgeous I'm holding @DMcGuigan responsible for getting my hopes up hehe

So, technically, the PC version should be absolutely gorgeous??

PC or PS4 is the next question I need to answer. Haha
