Thanks for this, I've managed to get hold of the previous tech who has clarified that the assessor tools is a single license only and that Mini Lexion can be freely installed and even given to parents to take home like @danelliott87 mentioned. It always is a bit intimidating when you don't where you stand!! Thanks for this guys.

Hi guys, Really need some help here, at my primary school they have Lexion, I have a member of staff hounding me about it, asking me to install it here, there and everywhere. Can I also make this clear, I have NO experience with Lexion. I'm unsure what kind of License the school have or licensing terms of Lexion. From what I can gather there is Lexion (with assessor tools) and Mini Lexion! I've been told by staff that the previous tech would install Mini Lexion on whatever laptop or PC they wanted as they requested it? Is this right? Can I just install the Mini Lexion anywhere? They have no idea who they brought their license from so I don't know who to even ring to clarify what kind of license they have etc? I've found a license agreement for what I can imagine is the assessor side of the program and it's a single base license. I'm sooo confused right now. HELP. Much appreciated.

I'd say an Audi A5 (Yes I drive a Audi,so I'm an Audi fan), but think they'd a tad out of price range even the older ones! The 5 Series BMW is deffo a good shout!

I'm glad you think I have drawn the line at the right place, an SSD and more RAM will go in eventually like I've mentioned but that's lot alone has already totted a pinch above 4 figures! No more now haha! Pretty excited tbh! Gotta wait for it to be built, stress tested and delivered now!

Thanks, I've been thinking long and hard on things, this being my first high end one I don't think I've done too bad. Even though you'll ALWAYS find someone giving something a bad review no matter what! So I've gone for that setup and not changing it now. And yes, I'd love an SSD but I just can't afford to stretch my budget any further! But it's deffo something that'll be an upgrade in the future along with 16GB Vengeance RAM!! And yeah I hope the GPU is going to perform as well as I think it will! As I can't go SLI I wanted a beefy one!

But if I go with a AMD APU and decided I did want more GPU grunt so brought a dedicated graphics card, is it easy enough to disable the onboard graphics?? :S

If I'm honest that sounds like an ideal world for me. A moderate gaming rig which is also a decent PC, with the potential to expand if and when I need to! What sites do you guys buy your hardware from? eBuyer, Over Clockers or just where ever is cheapest??

I only questioned because I know my budget isn't the biggest! And well would it be better to squirrel away some savings for a few months and spend more money? How much would spend? Remember I'm not after a monster gaming rig... I've my got PS4 for that. NO ARGUMENTS PLEASE ;D

Hi Edugeekers! I'm going to be getting myself a new PC in the new year, however I've never really brought myself a decent PC before, always had laptops. What would be best to do with my budget, build my own or buy a pre-built PC? I'm not after a stupid fast machine. I'd like an i5, decent amount of RAM and a relatively good graphics card though, oh it'll need a wireless card, for now... As I said never brought a PC like this before, any advice on what parts to buy/websites to use, PC's to buy would be great! I wouldn't mind doing some light gaming on it i.e. DayZ (always wanted to play it), other than that it'll be used for Media(Music/films), Word processing and browsing! Monitor(s) and peripherals need to be brought within the £500 too. Any help/advice will be great! L3OUGH
