  1. Sorry. Not familiar with WinUSB, though it looks interesting - I've downloaded it to have a play. I would recommended Ventoy as an alternative though. https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html. This will create 2 partitions: A Ventoy bootable one of a few megs and another that you just copy any ISOs you want into. Boot to the Ventoy partition and you are presented with a list of the ISOs you have added. I pre-partitioned my drive so it also has a Portable Apps partition that I use for apps and file storage.
  2. Thank @gybe78 and @Michael here: /forums/cloud-services/236471-mosyle-mdm-installing-apps.html#post2024220
  3. Finished the second (and last) season of How I Met Your Father (Disney+). The first season was OK-ish, but the second really picked up with the writers and actors all seeming to get the characters to gel. If the first season had been as good, maybe it would still be going. Still, at least they didn't get the chance to fumble the ending like the "Mother" did. The Marlow Murder Club (UKTVPlay). "Cosy Crime" series which sees three ladies (including a Moneypenny and a Doctor) getting together to solve what turns out to be a series of murders. The ladies of the house loved this; I found it fairly entertaining. 2 movie length episodes with a second season to follow. Can't find a proper trailer, which is odd as we heard about it via a trailer at the cinema. Also started watching: Project Lazarus Season 2 (Sky) which somehow makes the stakes even higher. Unfortunately Mme LeMarchand isn't a fan, so it will take some time to catch up. The Brothers Sun (Netflix). When the head of Taiwan's most powerful Triad barely survives an assassination attempt his oldest son heads to the US to try to keep is younger brother safe. A younger brother who has no idea about the family "business". So far, a lot of fun. TRAILER VERY VIOLENT AND SWEARY. Avatar: The Last Airbender (Netflix). Had high hopes for this, but haven't made it past the first episode.
  4. Been getting quite a few 3 Camels alerts for stuff that is in the Amazon sale. Unfortunately, nothing that I need at the moment. Though I am sorely tempted... Might be worth a look over the weekend if there's anything you're after.
  5. Irish Wish (Netflix) Over the year that she has been writing editing a book for established Irish author Paul Kennedy, Maddie has fallen in love with him but hasn't told anyone. Before she gets to tell him he falls for one of her 2 BFFs and so she finds herself at their wedding festivities a few months later, wishing that she could be the one. When she finds the wish has been granted she learns that maybe it's not what she really wants. Amiable enough romcom starring Lindsay Lohan and Picard Jr. OK if you want a "brain off" romcom watch.
  6. You still need the £35-ish Google license, don't you? Missed the "Android" bit. @Tys, have you looked at ManageEngine/Zoho? That said, and I feel dirty for saying this, if you have a choice go for the iPads over Android tablets or some horrible kit will be bought as "it's an Android tablet, they're all the same".
  7. 60+ "shared" pads under Mosyle free. Not bad, but finding functions only makes sense if you think "the Apple way". PITA for doing most bulk actions unless you pay. Had Lightspeed (paid) before and Mosyle free is better! Most on here favour Jamf. Filtering via SBB/Fortiguard. Not great for reporting in this scenario.
  8. You've said his name 3 times, so @ICTDirect_Dave should appear.
  9. Tend to use forum sponsor @VeryPC. John Levis is the go to guy.

  11. If Old Bay is "the only one you need", why have they also made a "lemon & herb" variant?
  12. Damsel (Netflix) The daughter of a minor lord is to marry the prince of the kingdom, thus ensuring that her people do not starve. But the marriage turns out to be somewhat different to that of a typical fairy tale. One of those films where the promo materials go against the way the movie is structured. OK-ish, with Millie Bobbie Brown channelling her inner John McClane and doing a lot of crawling, grunting and binding of injuries in dark enclosed places, but that section takes up far too much of the movie and feels like it should have been much better handled. Nice scenery (apparently Portugal), though. The Great Escaper (Rental most places, we had a freebie) "Inspired" by a true story, this has Michael Caine as a nonagenarian WW2 vet who, not wanting to leave his wife alone in the care home that they both live at, is set to miss out on the 70th D-Day Anniversary in France. At the last minute, he decides to "escape" and make his own way there. Not a bad little film with some moving moments, but it's a BBC movie so you're probably best off waiting for it to turn up on iPlayer.
  13. Your cat needs their own laptop. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ZFSFOO4
  14. When a bunch of US college kids find out that one of their security guards hasn't been able to see his family in Nigeria for over a decade, they start a GoFundMe to get him home.
  15. Wicked Little Letters (Cinema) Trailer NSFW - and this was the cleanest one I could find! In Littlehampton in the 1920s, one woman and later the whole town is subjected to a vicious poison-pen letter campaign. The culprit would seem to be obvious, but she claims to be innocent. Based on a true story, though the characters have been "tidied up" to make a better movie. Some of the more outlandish bits surprisingly actually happened, though. If you don't mind LOTS of swearing, this is a fun watch. It's likely to be on Film 4 and/or Studio Canal in short order so, unless you regularly go to the cinema, probably worth waiting. OTH, if you have kids at home you'll need headphones! P.S. For some reason, I was the only guy in the screen.
  16. On Mon and Tues I was unable to download from MAC, but that seems to be working now. Maybe it's fixed?
  17. PM seems to be working today. I rarely log in, but the login page seems different to when there was a problem (or maybe I just wasn't seeing it properly?).
  18. Here too! Outlook iffy and while I can get to MAC, downloads time out. The DfE site loads without pics; I have heard that this is a known problem atm with SBB. Probably related to /forums/educational-software/237163-purple-mash.html
  19. Ours is through the LA, so I'm assuming they are just using the SBB lists. I noticed a whole load of "actresses"/terms added in recently. I wonder how it was compiled. "OK, team, who wants to spend a couple of days on P***Hub compiling a list of the most searched for people and terms?" Generally it has seemed OK, but "super secure" sites seem to have problems. Luckily I was given the admin login for this site (still waiting for my other two) so it's fairly easy to take action if necessary, but I shouldn't have to (for example) give people unfiltered addresses to get sites to work. Oh, and you can't use the Windows WhatsApp app to send pictures. Not sure if anyone is getting the alerts yet, but I know that when I tested that the filter was correctly by trying a gambling sites it did get flagged. (Better to test with that than the site above!)
  20. Sky Movies or whatever it is called these days IIRC.
  21. I thought Expend4bles was better than its immediate predecessor: /forums/tv-movies/143036-last-movie-i-saw-208.html#post2026734 and don't regret watching it.Never fancied WtP:B&H.
  22. Malignant (Netflix) After her abusive husband batters her and causes her to lose her baby, Madison begins to see terrifying visions of murder that seem to be actual killings taking place. Quite an entertaining horror, though a tad far fetched, which does helps surprise the audience when the "reality" is revealed. Pedantic IT nitpick: How likely is it that a surgeon would have updated their early 90s files to modern formats?
  23. I was going to boast that i saw all 6 OG Trek movies in one day, but it seems that the running time of those 6 doesn't match all 3 extended Rings movies!
