Hello all I am looking for a portable speaker to be used in a school, be grateful for any recommendations. The speaker will mostly be used by the PE department must be easy to transport (trolley style wheels), powerful enough to be heard outdoors, Bluetooth compatible, can connect to wired or wireless speaker and most importantly have reliable battery that will hold charge for a morning or afternoon session. Have used this in my previous school: https://reportcomplete.com/ worked really well. Predefined templates for each key stage would be created beforehand, teaching staff would then populate the templates then export to PDF when finished.

Changing the cartridge fixed it! Thought it it would be something more complex/expensive to fix phew, cartridge returned to supplier.

Hi all, I have a HP Colour LaserJet M652 which has developed a strange printing issue. On mono print outs its missing a strip of printing on the same area of the page on every print. See examples: and here This seems to be affecting black only. I have tried performing a clean and calibration on the printer which hasn't made a deffierence. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to resolve this? Thanks

Hello all. I am having issues with apps purchased from the Apple School Manager appearing in Mosyle MDM. It can often take up to 5 to 6 days before I can see any recently purchased apps in Mosyle. Have tried My School > Apple School Manager > Sync Hierarchy with no luck Is there any other way to force a sync so that recently purchased apps appear? Was with Meraki previously and app used to show up within minutes. All tokens and push certificate are in date. Thanks

Correction: View > Open Smart Notebook 22 fixed the problem

We had a very similar issue at the start if the new term, teacher laptops had version 23 of smart installed. View > Open Smart Notebook 2023 fixed the problem

Hello all. I wanted to know if anyone had any past experience with removing SIMS ID (id.sims.co.uk/ Capita) tenancy from Office 365? If anyone has... did it go smoothly? how long did the process take? Anything I should be wary of? We want users to logon to 0365 directly through office.com rather than id.sims.co.uk. There are also various setup tasks that are easier without a tenancy. Thanks in advance.

I visited the BETT 2019 last year and was told by a rep about the Free Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification that takes place during the exhibition, I think its at the back upstairs in one of the large rooms they have. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to attend or take a contact card. Does anyone know if this will be running for BETT 2020 and if so is it possible to pre-book? Many Thanks

Hi, the school doesn't have any software licensing agreements, the purchase licenses whenever they buy new hardware.
