    Yes you need P2 licensing to lock down per aad group. I guess you expect your students to not upload things they shouldn't or face consequences. All content on Onedrive is AV scanned.

    The same could have happened with Home drives. I guess you need Impero or similar and someone to monitor.

    I also noticed the services within Acrobat Reader are disabled where SDL Apps are deployed. As I can't ensure users have a 1:1 device I can't use named licensing for staff.

    You can go down the route of signing any powershell scripts. Particularly if you have powershell scripts running in the user context. You can also forward the Windows Powershell log events to a server to get some insight if it is an issue.

    I'm quite impressed with Credge at the moment. I've had many issues with Chrome user sync from a DFS share. Hopefully sync will be better via AzureAD.

    I've corrected it now I meant a dock that they connect the laptop to. I work for a FE/HE College and rooms aren't 1:1 and currently there is a desktop PC in each classroom/IT Suite.

    The irony. editing the same file at same time as someone else. This is possible with Office 365. Basically with cloud platforms you need to be all in. So either pay for Office 2019 prepetual or setup AD Connect and seamless SSO. Adobe have also gone down the 'you need to provision all users'. I'm not sure if you use Gsuite for SSO to authenticate against Office 365, you can do it the other way. You'll still need to provision users via AD Connect.

    We have 1:1 laptops creeping in. We currently have desktops in each classroom. The way in which Windows 10 presumes 1:1 means it would help with roaming settings. The issues are staff not damaging, forgetting their laptop and confidently using a dock for each classroom they use. Also management of laptops when outside of your perimeter you really need Always on VPN or SCCM CMG. Laptops are the hardest thing to push feature updates to as they have no maintenance window.

    Shared Computer Activation will work on Windows 10 as long as all the users are licenced. Its general accounts that may not be licenced that can create the issue. I'm not sure if the new Device licensing gets around that issue. I can no longer activate with the old DBA method.

    So I have it working on a pure AzureAD joined device. I can't get it working on a hybrid device further investigation required for Office 365 Proplus device activation not the older DBA.

    The Store methods works but it was put together from the idea that each student has a device of their own. In edu we don't have that and MS have had to provide an alternative way.

    Depending on the size of your environment you can setup event forwarding and powershell daily blocks/audits.

    I can't get it working on a hybrid joined VM or laptop. It just licences as the user. I had a ticket open with Office 365 and they said everything was configured cloud side OK. I may try a pure AzureAD joined device just to rule out any hybrid issues.

    This was via our reseller. It took a few days for the licence to appear in the tenant.

    I've got the licences in place now. But it's not working on my test VM. I've got a ticket open with MS. I may need to try a clean VM where office was never activated.

    You need to sync your users to the Adobe Creative Cloud Console and setup SSO. It will differ depending if you use ADFS/AzureAD/Gsuite. 2018 versions are the last with Serial Licensing.

    Is this the 2019 versions of Creative Cloud Apps? If so signin is mandatory I believe as device licences are being phased out.

    I've done a bit of work on this. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/device-based-licensing You need hybrid join working. You need to contact you reseller to ask to add the "Office 365 ProPlus for Education (device)" licence to your tenant. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Office365/Admin/misc/manage-licenses-for-devices?view=o365-worldwide You need to add this line to you configuration.xml which Setup.exe calls . I haven't yet found the registry setting for "Use a device-based license for Office 365 ProPlus".

    I think at some point you have to move to hybrid device join. If your organisation has moved to Microsoft 365 licensing Windows 10 can be licensed by subscription so I guess this is similar.

    Check the setuperr.log in the panther folder. If it's a shared device I'd just reimage as long as all your software is automatically pushed out and your group policy will configure settings. If you need to maintain user profiles etc then upgrade.

    I've looked at FSLogix. If you are licenced then it prevents multiple logins. I know this doesn't help if you want to allow 2 logins. I've implemented FSLogix profile containers for RDS but not normal Windows 10.

    Since I posted on this thread. I now have Adobe CC 2019 software being deployed using SDL with AzureAD and User Sync with some powershell.

    The users could seamlessly click sync when they navigate to the SharePoint Team Site.
