Any older software which may require (and will fail the prompt for) admin privileges to run.. While this isn't very common any longer, any older piece of software (XP or older) could potentially be a culprit.

You need to add two boot images to WDS - an x86 and x64. You can import x64 Wims/ISOs into x86, you'll be able to select either x86 or x64, but x64 will ONLY display x64 task sequences.
