No Windows 7 Drivers are available from the Intel Site. If you can't see anything about Enabling USB Keyboards, check for a 'USB Legacy' setting and enable that, if it's disabled. Older BIOS' used to use that as the default enable/disable.

Which browsers are you using? If You're using IE, you can look at: Within User Configuration: Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Advanced Page > Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed

I'm presuming that there's no errors in the logs/etc. How 'far' are the servers crashing? Are they refusing additional connections, dropping/locking refresh on current connections? Are they locking local connections as well?

If they seem to crash at the same time each week, are there any tasks scheduled for around that time?

What apps do you use on your Windows Phone? Apart from the obvious Facebook/Twitter/etc apps, what do you have installed that you use often (i.e. once a week or more)?
