I'd be careful with using an Atom board. Intel has stopped working on ALL 64-Bit Drivers for the Atom series, so while you may be able to get drivers, no updated drivers will be being released.

Ditto! They showed us that you can add .appx packages into MDT as Applications (and I presume you'll be able to do something similar in SCCM SP1). The other way they showed us of deploying Metro apps, was in powershell, with the add-appxpackage command. The problem with this method of install however, is that you also need to install the security certificate which comes with the .appx package, to trusted root certificates on the pc! Either method has the potential to cause more headaches than it solves, unless you push the metro apps that you want/need/are asked for, at install via MDT.

If you've not updated your Windows 7 image in the same way that you added the new drivers to your PXE environment, then yes, they'll be the drivers from the original image.

I've checked through the Win7 and WinVista Realtek drivers for the 8168 series NICs. None of them include these Hardware IDs, including the drivers from the Samsung Site! I'd suggest downloading Aida64, to help with gathering Hardware Details... On loading Aida64, click on Devices, then Windows Devices, before scrolling down to double click on the “Unknown” Selection. Highlighting each device will show you a generic driver description and Hardware ID for the device.

The only mpeg decoder that I can find in .MSI is this one: Webpage: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gplmpgdec/ Download: Download GPL MPEG-1/2 DirectShow Decoder Filter from SourceForge.net Personally, I'd be inclined to wrap K-Lite to an MSI, or use the silent installer (Silent install guide for K-Lite Codec Pack) if possible, as you'll find the performance far exceeds that of the decoder above.

It seems that the Halo 4 Limited Edition, truly WILL be limited in numbers. I have an answer, however I'm not sure how much it'll help you. I've seen a similar problem, which was due to a dirty earth signal being fed via the cable to the power brick. It happened on both IEC "Kettle" and C5 "Cloverleaf" cables, however when I sourced a third party brick with a Figure 8 cable, the fault no longer appeared.

you can run this unattend file from audit mode: true true This will copy the current settings, to the default user account (i.e. should be applied to all local user accounts), and will make sure that any drivers you have installed, are not knocked out of the system by entering OOBE mode.
