You could use something like "copywipe" or other cloaning solution, available on the ultimate boot cd. Then it's onto the next project to move our mail system form a single Xen Server to a new pool of two Hypervisors. And Citrix netscaler... And other stuff.... and finishig the desktops that are late.. Rob

well...... Our main objective is done, however , the objective of the MGMT for september is rather stalled. A mass desktop deployment ~200 workstations is going to be a minimum of 2-3 weeks late into the term through no fault of ours.. Fortunatly our own backup plan version 1 ( replace failed batteries in 153 (of 300) HP Laptops ) is almost done. After 2 years arguing with HP and them finaly not admiting fault but agreeing to send out the replacement batteries.. Rob

Use powershell for wildcards. Wildcard searches in Exchange message tracking | Scotts IT ramblings may require some playign with, you will want to run your own tests. Rob

mxtoolbox reports it as possibly open but it does not seem to be. you should see some tests to/from my "f2s.com" account in your message trackign taht should indicate what is preventing the message being sent. Rob

where is your proxying controled from? on the I.E. client or do you have an on site proxy that forwrds to the LEA proxy? Rob

Who's Proxy server is it, and does it have a resolv.conf entry for the internal dns server on site? Rob

Looks like relay is refused "550 5.7.1" when testing it. Do some testing of your own though to be sure using the command line from outside the school. Rob

mxtoolbox reports you may be open relay and reverse DNS not valid. Rob

But he wants each mail address currently associated to one mailbox to forward to a different user for each address, using forwarding will forward all mail to one user. Or at least that is what I understand and what is infered in the link you gave. Rob

Not sure if my idea of hub transport rules would work, but it would be my first port of call. Alternativly, make all the addresses distro groups and add the users in and out as necessary. Which is probably the better way to do it. Rob
