    I used it extensively for a while and it was fine, on the whole, and when it wasn't support was usually quick to help out.

    The Tucasi software can pull staff from SIMS or their guide tells you what report to run. Theirs a couple of unique identifiers you could choose.

    Tucasi has no integration with FMS.

    Point the domain back at the old email old, connect to the mailboxes again in Outlook and do a PST backup before configuring the new mailboxes on the new host. Then when you have your empty mailboxes in Outlook you can import the PST.

    On the whole was OK. Had a few issues and if you did certain things, you would totally break the database requiring their intervention, but I suspect that's all been fixed now. I believe you can schedule the SIMS import.

    Not something I have seen done within SIMS direct. Best you could probably do is export a report to Excel and manipulate the data there.

    Given Bloxx is going end of life, might be worth looking at the two side by side.
