    You need a reader you can configure to set it to read the cards in a particular way, I believe.

    What do you want your Intranet to be? Unless it's an 'app' that is tied in with RM Unify (and I don't think it will be as Unify don't allow this) then you will just have to create it separately to Unify. Unless its changed in recent months.

    You should be able to create manual accounts through RM Unify (CSV) if you don't wish to create an AD account or can't. This is the way you'll have to do it to get it working - have the account in Unify either through AD or CSV. Same with Office365 and Unify.

    Sounds an interesting setup and given food for thought. I'd be interested to know how are you dealing with redundancy or do you already have redundant internet connections into the schools? Are you connecting sites over the internet or VPN/VPLS?

    You'd need to ask your supplier to be sure but I'd say its across all 10 not each so 500/200 each but in a shared pot.

    Exactly that. You may need to open up some additional ports for the iPad / MacOSX Server.

    I'd have thought technically any SIP would work. They perhaps just earn money off of you using their preferred suppliers.

    Doesn't help technically but I'm curious to know the reasons? Why is out of hours usage bad? Surely people are doing it of their own choice.
