Well, nothing out of the ordinary happened to my internet history, my mum actually asked me "How was it?" so I just sort of played along with the whole "Yeah yeah it was great" I obviously have no idea what she was talking about, but I guess I went out somewhere.

Our Carbon Alarm is a-ok, and yes it's just me. I'm sleeping fine at night, I use my phone with a blue filter before bed / in bed, I don't drink, Underweight, but besides that I'm all good.

So, apparently I need to take my notes to the Psyche too, but the Doctor said I should probably touch up on them because they were helpful, but felt like they were lacking, anybody got any advice so I can perhaps touch-up upon some better notes? So I can be more informative?

I have indeed been to a Doctor! They're going to do some tests this Saturday, and they've sent me to see a Psychologist this Sunday. Luckily the tests wont be painful, and the Psychology, well shouldn't be painful either, It's just talking right? Currently the Doctor is unsure as he said some of the factors fall into more than one category, meaning it may just be, or may also be Psychological. He did give me a run down of what the problem may be, but not to worry about it until the test/psyche is over, for the official diagnosis. It's going to be a fun weekend.

Thank you! I actually managed to get an appointment at my usual Doctors for tomorrow, which really surprised me, I expected to be waiting a week or two, albeit it is early in the morning Glad I don't have to wait though, I'm not that patient of a person, especially when it comes to my health.
