i generally turn down work regarding hardware on laptops unless its replace ram, replace wireless card, keyboard etc or if its screen if i can find a guide online for that model then ii may say yes just scared of breaking stuff

i have posted a few threads about thin clients recently i just have a few more questions. google earth - will it run well? audio - can you output/record audio? usb - can you have other usb input devices - scanner, dataloggers etc youtube - video on thin clients; is it worth it? i am just trying to work out where i can put some at the moment from what i know people are not using them as teacher stations, is this just down to refresh rates for video? or something else?

i tried this earlier this morning, i think where im falling over is the server details (yes i says ask the IT people but sush). our web mail addy is 'https://xx.xx.xx.xx/exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp?url=https://xx.xx.xx.xx/exchange/&reason=0' i tried with just the ip in there not the rest and 'https://xx.xx.xx.xx/' with no joy

i do find it depressing the pay for our jobs, when words like expert, complex, detailed knowledge etc then the pay is £16k which as its only 4 days. when you look at it in pay in NET then would this not work out about 12,500 - 13000 a year ish? for an expert seems low.....ah well 2days til my depressing pay slip lol
