Thanks for that, now it does pin them as an Administrator but when I log on as staff (C Drive Restricted) it doesn't pin anything. I have tried placing the shortcut in a network share but still nothing. Do you know a way around? Thanks

[sccm 2012] OSD sysprep answer file not working
CallumCatterall replied to FN-GM's topic in O/S Deployment
Have you distributed it to the DP? If that doesn't work try creating a new one... I followed this and it worked for me... Customising Windows 7 deployments - part 1. Changing the keyboard layout using unattend.xml I also enabled the Aero theme by default using this (Section 2)... Windows 7 Aero Theme Not Enabled After Deployment I put them both in the same XML file, I didn't use the path it says either. -

PCLoginNow - I had to do this a while ago, tried a few others and they seemed to complicated. This is just a next, next, next bootable CD. Enables accounts too!

Only one iPad will be able to mirror at any given time, but if you have one iPad (lets call it iPad A) being mirrored and another iPad (iPad B) presses mirror it will throw iPad A off and show iPad B.

Hi all, We are in the process of testing VDI In-A-Box, we have just gotten some test Thin Clients from 10Zig which are pretty nice (1 Linux, 1 WES). Since receiving them I have been trying to get Kiosk Mode working, I believe I have done the correct thing by enabling the template we want to use for the IP Address *? Everything I try I keep getting the Citrix VDI In-A-Box Client Java login window, is there any other setting that I have to change? We are running Version 5.0.2 of VDI In-A-Box. Thanks.

Hi All, What spec of server would be suitable for 60 clients to connect to VDI In-A-Box? We want to run Windows 7 for all users so 1.5GB minimum RAM for each connection?, want around a 20GB base image, we use HyperV for virtualisation. Any more info you need just ask, thanks!

Where can I find the lockdown tool? -
Hi All, I have just setup a VDI In A Box test machine and have it running nicely with clients connecting from browsers, I now want to test it on an old computer, e.g. I want an operating system that will boot straight into the Citrix machines, like a real thin client. Does anyone know anything that will help me active this? Thanks.

Hi, I have successfully setup an Open Directory master (with the help of EduGeek!) and all is working nicely. But, there is a couple of problems that I have ran into... 1. I have set the homepage for Safari using Workgroup Manager but every time a user opens up the app the 'Welcome to Safari' page appears. Is there a way to stop this? 2. Can I set customised toolbars using Workgroup Manager, I would like to add a Home Button to the Safari toolbar. 3. We use Microsoft TMG for web filtering and this requires authentication, I have set this proxy in Workgroup Manager and when the user logs on to one of the Macs they get asked for proxy authentication. They put there username in and ok it, but when they open Safari nothing loads? Thanks for all your help lately!

Hi, It was already bound to the AD domain before I setup the OD master, am I right in saying that it should be the same as the AD domain as now it is using the Mac server name in for the LDAP and Kerberos and it does work... Thanks!
