    Thank you for doing that, as I said I will ensure you are removed from any internal systems that you may have been left on, I will also look into why you were contacted after indicating you did not want to be contacted again. If we thought you were an attendee that had an interest in Ruckus, the protocol with Ruckus is to register your interest in the solution, this doesn't lock you in as a customer of ours, and still allows you to purchase Ruckus elsewhere.

    Hi @FN-GM , I am really sorry to hear you have had a bad experience of dealing with us, if you were able to send me a PM with your name I will certainly look into why you have been contacted on more than one occasion, especially if you have requested not to be contacted, as this certainly should not have happened. I will also remove you from any internal system you may still be appearing on so this doesn't happen again. We aren't a company that will pester our clients, or potential clients at that, and I would certainly like to look into why this happened with you. Kind Regards, Josh

    Our partner Square group, a premium Apple reseller, is due to run two free to attend iPad in education events, one in London on the 28th February and the second in Derby on the 06th March. The event is focusing on how the iPad can be used within education and assist in teaching and improving student engagement. It will provide an insight into how the iPad can address a variety of learning styles and create highly interactive classrooms.     Morning @popeel we have a lot of time and love for Ruckus at Net-Ctrl.     Good Afternoon all, First of all; a huge thank you to everyone that has taken part in our Ruckus Wireless giveaway. We have had an overwhelming number of entries, so much so that we thought offering a single prize wasn’t quite going to cut it and decided to add two Nexus 7’s into the pot for the 2nd and 3rd names pulled from the hat.     With BETT now just round the corner, we thought we would give you all a glimpse at the products and solutions that Net-Ctrl will be taking along with usthis year. As I’m sure many of you will know this year the show is being held at a later date (30th Jan – 2nd Feb)at the ExCel Exhibition Centre in the London Docklands; a much bigger venue that we’re really excited about. The change in venue and date means everyone thinks this could be/should be the biggest and best BETT show yet. Net-Ctrl will be in the heart of the action on stand D55. We will have four different areas on our stand each concentrating on a particular technology. The partners joining us this year include Ruckus Wireless, Palo Alto Networks, Overland Storage, Mobotix Cameras, Milestone Systems and Netgenium Systems. Please feel free to come along and take a look at all the solutions, we will have some great technical resources on the stand who will be able to (hopefully) answer any questions you have.     @mrbios i dont know if this would be of any interest but we have done a few PaloAlto installs into education over the past six months, i could try and find one of them thats able to speak with you about the solution? Alternatively, we have Robert Needs, one of our engineers who is fully trained on the Palo solution and has a great knowledge base on the technical side, and Mark Power who is able to talk through all your sales options etc. Hopefully a combo of the two could help answer some questions you may have

    HI @timbo343 , glad you like the video. Ruckus do have a YouTube channel, Ruckus Wireless - YouTube . They tend to upload more case studies that video guides as above, definitely worth having a look when you can. If you you can't find the answers you need feel free to PM me, and I will get someone to give you a call to discuss Ruckus and answer any questions you may have.
